The ratio of department numbers is irrelevant or do you have to have a certain number in each to be reputable nowadays .

There surveyors are all employed not sub contractors.

Do you think some of the other parts of the website are wrong, made up maybe.

There case studies are littered with some of the biggest corporate companies in the uk maybe they and there legal teams are all in on it .

They have been short listed 2 years running 14 and 15 by one of the oldest most respected property publications in the county for national agent of the year,  they must also be in on it .

They have 50 surveyors as you say some of the most respected in the uk,  maybe there all made up.

They have saved £600 million in cash for there clients, maybe there all non existent.

They have been mentioned twice in parliament by different MPs as the go to people, maybe there in on it too .

Is it all make believe, is it a huge conspiracy or are you looking into things because you have an agenda .

Just a small point, CVS stopped Telesales when the deadline came and went April time.
There is no army giving anything out, are you sure you know what your talking about.

So by your maths CVS have 200 Telesales and 50 surveyors...? Leaving 25 other staff in there whole company.

Is everybody that nieve?? Do not give any kinda personal info to anybody. Even if you have account with the company. They say they need to ask questions for security purpose.
Well, tell them.  You want your info secure.  That you are not verifying address phone. Or the last 4# of as.
Tell them u want to set up a security code or question.  This is the only thing the company can verify your identity with.  This is what I tell everybody when then call. They don't need to verify your personal info every time they call. They have it in front of them if they are legit.
Set up ur own security with them!!!

Also, the legit companies do not have a problem with setting up security guestion or a security code with you either.

I think what is exasperating this situation further is the fact that they do not know who is behind these comments or their intentions. Is it a disgruntled employee? An industry expert? An unhappy customer? A rival company? Is it just one person or a combination of people? They are obviously going to the lengths of checking this thread every day. I wonder if this thread and its comments has cost them potential new customers. Either way, they seem to not like the fact that these comments exist and seem annoyed that people will not just accept their explanation of things. Their website portrays them as being transparent, but when you get to the nitty-gritty they seem like they have a lot they want to keep concealed.

It does say quite clearly on the CVS website that there are 275 staff plus 50 surveyors. CVS also appears, prominently, on various "phone pest" websites for telesales. Reed also has a welter of jobs for telesales for CVS. It is somewhat hard to believe that there are 50 surveyors, 18 sales staff, and 257 other staff. Other parts of the website are wrong or made up. For instance your http://www.cvsuk.com/business-rates/business-rates-calculator says that CVS clients saved an average of 9.1% on their rates. Of course they didn't as CVS withdraws at least 1 in 4 appeals. It is misleading. Had a look at the case studies and have never heard of many of these firms. Not some of the biggest corporate companies in the UK You can nominate yourself for the EGI awards, if that is what you are referring to. There are, though, 50 surveyors on the website.  Given that CVS's own website say that the total saving figures are actually "made up", where is the evidence of the £600 million cash saving? Which MP has recommended CVS in Parliament? Would an MP do that?  What does fully Regulated by the RICS mean? You are either Regulated or not. There is no fully regulated and implies that CVS has some higher degree of Regulation than other Regulated firms. Misleading.  All very slick sales patter but no substance.

Maybe because it is the TRUTH and you cannot accept it as it doesn't suit your story and game i.e to try and put CVS out of business.
Unfortunately oh sad lonely ones, this will never happen as they have gone from strength to strength financially and no business owner of any decent business would believe the dross on this site.
If they have 50 000 clients as the website says ( or maybe that's a lie too eh), why are there not thousands of unhappy customers on this site complaining about this wicked evil firm instead of two sick individuals that post all the anti CVS comments who share the same initials and are funded by GE.

Any firm can SUBMIT there business to EGI for an award A judging panel then shortlists each catergory.

Could you explain how they have been shortlisted 2 years running for the agent of the year award. And highly commended in 2014 ?
