- MattVery pushy, arrogant, when told no said would call back again, bizarre way to conduct a business.
Even if they could offer a genuine reduction in rates would seek a another similar company due to attitude.- Caller: CVS
- Call type: Telemarketer
- --- replies to LisaNone of this surprises me Lisa, there is no sophistication, subtlety or intelligence in their telesales staff's sales pitch. They have always been told to bully and intimidate their way through to the the MD or owner and are rude and arrogant with dealing their employees in the process. They operate like a boiler room scam and everyone reading through these pages surely knows they are a scam....right?
- jimAggressive tele sales. Unpleasant

- AnnoyedCommercial Valuations company that won't take no for an answer and refuse to stop calling, have reported them to the Information Commissioners Office https://ico.org.uk/concerns/nuisance-calls-and-messages/

- Surrey business| 1 replyCVS - Very persistent PESTS, especially their chap TOM.
What a shame they come across as unprofessional, arrogant and rude, because they would discover that changing both their telephone manner and attitudes would achieve a little more business, therefore reducing the requirement to cold call in the first place. Time to reassess yourselves CVS.
We constantly and politely tell them to remove us from their list - as we do not require their paid services to reduce our business rates bill, we already do this ourselves free of charge and very easily. However, it is guaranteed that they call again and again and again.. - what a waste of their recourses.- Caller: CVS

https://ico.org.uk/concerns/nuisance-calls-an ... ce-sales-calls/ - SooKeep calling and say they havent called before?
- Caller: surveyor?
- JuicedReceived a call from 'SURVEYORS' asking to speak to manager, this is not the real name of the company it's a cheap tactic to get hold of the decision maker, said we were TPS registered and didn't accept sales calls, said it wasn't a sales call, so asked him to explain reason for the call and he couldn't tell me and put the phone down !!! IGNORE THIS COMPANY- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
- Caller: CVS - rent
- Call type: Telemarketer
- LeeJesus, do they ever stop ringing? 4 calls today, I just the phone down on them. They always for different names too hoping to catch you out.
- Caller: CVS
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- Meh| 2 repliesTrying to sell a rates reduction service that you can easily apply for yourself
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Ustice replies to Meh| 1 replyYou really can't do this yourself anymore. The government in trying to tighten it up has actually made it all but impossible to do yourself without being a proper Chartered surveyo
- Turner replies to UsticeSo you recommend I just allow this company to scam me out of money, just like they have done to thousands of business previously?
- Look| 3 replieshttp://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2017/11/0 ... talise-changes/
So cvs get out of problems as they are bought for 36 million - df replies to Look| 2 repliesThey won't change at all though.
- Haveto replies to df| 1 replyThey will as the company who has bought them is Canadian and they will have to toe the line now
- ifyousayso replies to HavetoReally? How will we expect them to 'toe the line'? The levels of contempt and disregard they have for businesses and their owners is absolutely shocking, but unfortunately this mentality is endemic in this company and their ethos....is it going to change overnight because they are being bought out? I doubt that very much.
- Relatus Ltd| 1 replyAnyone who contracted with CVS prior to October 2012 and paid them fees in April 2015 and April 2016 please contact me. cvs@relatus.co.uk. We will get your money back. I am putting together a list of contingent liabilities that CVS SHOULD have made Altus aware of when answering due diligence questions and replying to disclosure questions. There is going to be a BIG dent in the £6M deferred payment when Altus realize they just bought a company with £10M hidden liabilities.
- Nicola White replies to EmployeeIt's true, they are always keeping an eye on this site in their Manchester office. They are furious they cannot get it deleted!
- Client replies to Relatus LtdReally!! how much have you claimed back so far
- dawn| 1 replythis company CVS call every week to help us save money have asked over and over to stop calling all they do is ask for directors who do not want to talk to them
