Whilst they have telephones and staff employed to use them they will continue to plague you with these calls, despite you telling them that your directors have no interest in speaking with them. Ask them about their connection to the companies Oldfields and Strattons and I'm sure they will want to get off the phone quicker.

Call us every week, asking for the same director who probably isn't the right person anyway.  Always sounds like a cold call, I just whack them on hold and wait for them to put the phone down!

Usual rubbish about our surveyors are looking at business rates on properties in your area, etc. As we are TPS registered they shouldn't be calling if they were a decent company.

I would be fairer to say that their surveyors are cold calling businesses to pressurise them into meeting a sales representative who will want to scam them out of their money!

Announced herself as Altus (www.altusgroup.com ?) wanting to discuss business property. Pushy. Sounds like the same old stuff from CVS under a different name

Asked to speak to someone who had not worked here for over 10 years, then gave us a rateable vale which was at least £140000 more than we pay!  Asked to speak to Director, me, had no idea and when I eventually worked out what he wanted told him to do his research and never ring again.  Said he was a surveyor and could save me money (!).  Number traced back to AltusGroup.
