just missed call this call i always check unknown number glad i did x

These people have been trying to get hold of me for weeks, lots of missed calls on my phone. Now I know what it's all about I just won't bother answering. They'll get bored of it before I do!

I've had 3 phonecalls from 'persons' at this number.  Don't know who they are or where they're based.  I'm with Virgin not O2, so how the **** does my landline number get circulated.  My family are the only people who have my number.

Have been called from this number several times, saying I have a refund, hanged up straight way, but they still trying calling me, how can I block this number???

Had a call. Unidentified number so did not answer it. This has happened a few times now. Frustrating. Can only assume it is a scam!

this lot not only called my mobile but my mum in law whos in her eighties...i am sick of the way we get treated by this and other parasite companies...if anyone knows name of this company they should get all friends on facebook etc to contact their website, enter their number for electricity and gas companies, lawyers 4 u etc.....just jam the baskets up, make every call to them as annoyng as they are to innocent people....feel like micheal douglas in Fallng Down, just want to take a bat to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks - also had an unsolicited sugging call from 0161 662 6517 The Claims Professionals and demanded to know who they were owned by and their regulatory details as my family are sick and tired of these stupid PPI calls.

They stated the Claims Advisory Group Limited own them and got the lady to reveal their

We’re aware of some companies making sales calls to people, even those on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS).

Live calls

Live calls are unsolicited direct marketing calls received by consumers from a real live person.

We have been working closely with other regulators, such as Ofcom, the TPS, The Office of Fair Trading, trading standards and the Ministry of Justice to coordinate our enforcement action.

We have analysed data collected from consumers and have identified organisations that cause us concern. The data was collected from complaints to the ICO and TPS.

Between July and September we contacted a number of organisations to address concerns about compliance with the following results:

Claims Advisory Group Ltd - a meeting took place and an improvement plan was introduced;
EMC Advisory Services Ltd - reviewed all processes and contracts and have provided the ICO with relevant information;
Consumer Money Matters Ltd and Elsworth Associates Ltd - concerns regarding source for data and consent have been addressed.
Although we have not ruled out further action to address specific consumer concerns, these organisations have provided a level of assurance about their activities and we are monitoring their compliance.

Mobile rang today and didn't anwer it.  Looked up missed calls and found they have phoned 3 times
8th, 10th and 12th January.

No other details available.

Have also received £4.50 worth re 3 texts sent saying I had agreed to pay this re my entered a prize draw - waiting to get the next one to write down all details and report them as well

Just call 0161 820 2718  to get your number reoved from their database.  They have been pestering me for weeks now.

repeated calls

Just received a call on my mobile but didn't answer - someone from a similar number called just after Xmas. Didn't answer that time either. Glad I checked here.

Since having debt management with Churchwood Financial and them giving my details to a company called Key Financial Claims (both companes have 0161 numbers) I have been receiving daily calls on both house and mobile phones.  I have complained to both above companies and to Justice Department who regulate them.  Very irritating but I never answer, fed up of explaining to them how I live in the Channel Islands so the service they provide is of no use to me anyway !! haha

Keep getting calls from this number but only once has someone spoken and they have been asked twice not to ring again, they ring mornings and afternoons - GO AWAY PLEASE, WE DON'T NEED YOU.

I have had a couple of calls but never answer, adopt the village idiot voice and have a bit of fun with them - they will soon get the message
