I am Tannu and even I have great confusion over the meaning of this thread. I read and reread these messages just hoping to glimpse the essence or reasoning behind these posts but the closer I try to get the more strange this thread becomes.

Seek and ye shall find, what a stroke of luck finding this site, I was looking for Barry, I wanted to inform him of some actions I am taking against David and I could not remember his second name. Obviously, i do not mean to imply that Barry has done any wrong but he may wish to ensure all his paperwork is in order,. I havent read the full thread yet, but so far i have seen some gold.  Have Heather and Antons names cropped up yet? Couple more of the team. Its like Christmas come early, have a great one everybody.

Well, if it brings any Christmas cheer to anyone, Barry isnt a director at Blue Sky Asset Protection any more, Its just David Hargreaves and Heather Watters now, boyfriend and girlfriend, ahhhh. Working from their office at home in the attic.With his studies in Marketing and Business admin he " is one of the UK leading innovators and leaders within the legal services sector." His words, not mine. Having worked in the same house as Barry for a few months, i found him a pleasant charming man on a personal level. Heather did not like Barry though, she did not like him being paid £600 a week for nothing, her words not mine. Its just that the Ministry of Justice are coming to see me in January, i thought it was very nice of them to come and see me at home, must be important, the employment tribunal in March, the signed statement to HMRC regarding VAT charges on invoices, couple of other surprises. Lets pretend that David and Alan set up a company called Blue Sky Int, then Alan sets up Blue Sky Review, and contacts people to give them a review of their finances, then finds theyre entitled to several thousand in PPI, they can sort this in a couple of month for 35% comission or 25% if they pay £250. Lets pretend that they misled people about the % payable so they thought they were getting the several thousand for a fixed fee. Being elderly pensioners, it would sound like a good deal. The £250 went to Blue Sky Int. Now David sets up a claims company with his girlfriend Heather, Woo hoo. Blue Sky Reclaims for example. They handle (badly) the ppi claims side, when a claim is sorted, the client gets a bill for 25% plus Vat,they signed a contract, its not Blue Skys fault they didnt understand. Blue Sky are'nt registered for VAT so theyre actually hitting them for 30% which breaks the contractual agreement. When the claims are not settled and people start asking for their money back, Blue Sky Reclaims havent got the money cos they work on a no win no fee basis, they will have to get it back of Blue Sky Review, who have shut now but when you trace the directors you see they have the same address as David, and on their  website they state that all the £250s have gone to Blue Sky Int. Blue Sky Reclaims headed paper states they are part of Blue Sky Int. Meanwhile, Blue Sky Asset Protection, no need to introduce these guys, theyre telling people if everything is in a trust, social services cant touch it. This is especially handy if your old or infirm or a family carer, unfortunately, its not true. Now, with Anton,they're gonna unlock peoples pensions cos its not worth them keeping it.

David, Heather and Anton? Well that makes three of them, i.e. a threesome. Enough said.

And for God's sake don't pass any of this on to the CIB at the Insolvency Service, it can't not be "against the public interest"

What a list of companies. I can't believe that so many of the Blue Sky companies were dissolved or went into liquidation - they must have had a lousy chairman and some very poor legal advice.... unless it was all a tax dodge. No!!! So which Blue Sky company is next I wonder?
