had two calls today when at work rung them back and they said my name and address and asked about the loan then my phone lost signal not had any more calls yet and i have blocked them on my phone

Now that so many free PPI claims tools exist such as http://www.which.co.uk/campaigns/personal-fin ... ign/claim-back/ which give you 100% of your claim back and ex-PPI sellers will be contacting mis-sold PPI victims to compensate them direct, the bottom is about to drop out of the PPI claims market.

This means that dodgy claims management companies are going into a frenzied overdrive before they go under.

In this particular case, the company's accounts are also overdue, so they may be changing name again, or the company may simply be struck-off, as many of the director's previous companies have
been. Whatever the case, they are unlikely to bother you for much longer due to the huge number of complaints about them to the MOJ, ICO, TPS, FOS etc

Pestered by this company unsure of there name cos they said it so quick that as they are aware you can not understand it cos thats what they want, best to ignore them they are scam artists and should be reported they are looking for gullable people who are in financial difficulties hoping that they will be fooled into thinking they are about to come into some money

same thing with me. they said im owed that amount. ive had numerous calls and asked them to stop but im still getting the months later!

I'm averaging about 2-4 calls a day to my mobile- sometimes it only rings once or twice- I answered it once & didn't say anything- thought I'd wait to hear what they had to say if anything.

got a call from them today - same story - didn't even entertain the convo once they mentioned claims advisory - hopefully won't get bombarded and might even try barring the number..

I'm only 13 - I haven't had any claims of whatever they are phoning for.
4 times today they phoned, 2 yesterday.

They are ringing me daily. Have called Orange who suggest the TPS register.

Usual bunch of "you could be entitled to £1000 for the accident you had".
I had no accident, and also, my number has been de-registered for over 8 years now. Oh how I love telling them how much trouble they can get into for calling me!
