ebs marketing www.ebsmarketing.biz scam. We sued this company in the small claims court today in Manchester  and won our case. Jamie Mcdougall couldn't even be bothered to come and defend himself or send his so called fantastic soliciters. We were awarded a full refund of the £430 he had conned out of us and costs including interest, petrol and parking fees What a fantastic result. we are really pleased just to have proved our point and for the court costs of £80 I would reccomend any body else to do the same. If you want any advice of how to do it let me know through this site and I will give you some advice I represented myself and didn't need a soliciter.

Your right, I wouldn't attend since I have no idea who e b s is. But just on that note your post above sounds like you won, how exactly did you win? Do you have your money back? Or did the guy you were suing namely me not even show you the courtesy to show up? Haha

I too have been scammed by EBS.  They threatened me with court last October and have heard nothing until this week when I have again been threatened with court action next week.  Who has ignored them and who has been taken to court I would like to hear????
They are the most disgusting company I have every been unfortunate to have had dealings with.
