I had dealings with this company.  They are complete liars.  The service they are claiming to sell from google (guaranteed front page "slots") doesn't actually exist.  They are running simple adwords campaigns for you at inflated prices and doing it rather badly.  They are the rudest and most dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

If you paid by card write to the the chargebacks team of your card company with full details of all of your interactions with dotcomchrome and you can get ALL of your money back - I did.

They will be out of business soon as the credit cards companies will terminate their facilities if we all demand refunds/chargebacks.

i have been with dot-com chrome for over 9months now, and i can positivly say it is fantastic. i have a nightclub in manchester and a hotel in west london. both my venues are generating enquiries, Fantastic service and results. and would recomend this to any organisation around the world. i see reviews made from australi and canada; that just goes to show they are worldwide and what there offering you would not get anywhere else.
i am a very neutrual person, i have had some downsides with the campaign, but that is all due to 'picking the right phrases' relating the business.

This company is dangerous.  Do not deal with them.  When you request a refund or cancellation for non-delivery of service they will make threatening phone calls. This is now the subject of a police investigation for criminal activity.

I had an email from them where they were trying to tell me something about me agreeing to "area specific key phrases" and the email ended with the company policy

"We value the comments of our customers and we hope you will share your thoughts with us."

So I forwarded them my reasons for ending my contract and their response:

"Your quite boring to be honest Tim and you make up silly stories. I’ve also looked at your picture online and you look like a pencil necked geek, I assume you were bullied through school."


They must divide their time equally between signing up new customers and abusing those who choose to leave.

My company was called by Dotcom Chrome and we tried their service for one month.

They did not give us the keyphrases they promised, and we never saw our ads on google not even once. We got no calls from the ads they gave us whatsoever.

We tried to end our contract in writing, but they kept saying they didn't receive our letters. So we ended up paying 6 months of fees to them.

Now we have ended our contract with them and they have continued running ads in our company name, but they point to our competitors website. (Interesting how we see THOSE ads but never saw the ads we paid for).

Jamie has written to me several times announcing how he will ruin my business.

I have now contacted the Manchester Police, who are investigating, and I have my lawyer on the job as well.

Do NOT do business with this company. They are out and out scam artists, thieves and bullies.

I think it's hilarious that the clowns at dotcom chrome think they can get away with bullying, abusing and threatening people. Keep rubbing people up the wrong way and your day will come boys where you will be splashed all over the current affairs programs in more than one country by the look of it. Then your name will be MUD and MUD STICKS. Then no international companies or individuals will want to touch you. Looks like you will learn the hard way, that is that this is no way to treat anyone, let alone paying customers. Good Luck you will need it as your company isn't going to last long like this..... I have called their New York office to be told that they are only a message service, upmarket street address and virtual secretary for Dotcom Chrome. If you have a look at their website they "claim" to have offices all over the world. THEY DO NOT. They have these virtual offices, manned by people who don't even know what dotcom chrome are about. The staff are unaware of the company they are representing and do not take responsibility for any of Dotcom Chromes, abuse, harrassment or threats. If you are trying to give your notice in writing to Dotcom Chrome, send your letters by registered mail, keep a copy and be sure you can track it, so that when they claim they have not received it, you have proof. Send it to one of their "international" offices too so that you have an independent, trustworthy 2nd party to back up having received the letter, as they will pass it on to Dotcom Chrome. Good Luck everyone with your dealings with this company.

I'm ASTOUNDED at the posting from this outfit! How stupid must they be to actually publish emails they have written in which they actually tell a customer to stop wasting their time and that his lazy attitude doesn't bode well for his business!! What a shower of jokers! Personally, Yogenda, with you being a martial arts man, I would find it HILARIOUS to see the look on their faces if you turned up on their doorstep! Ha ha ha. we terminated tim ellis and his contract due to reports from australia that he has a shall we say some what clouded history with children. Anybody who believes that we are not in our rights to take such a measure may seek lega advice should they wish

I paid $256 for advertising my website. THIS IS A SCAM!!! I cannot get a call back to my contacts and I have reported DotCom Chrome to the authorities.

i been signed up with this company for a month now, i think these people must be talkin of a different dotcom chrome?? was signed up by a very polite and well mannered lad, knew what he was talkin about and used to work for a competitor of theirs. the well known lavora marketing! i honestly believe as i was told these crazy comments only have to come from there! my wifes brother was with lavora and is still tryin to sue them, i have recommended him to dotcom chrome and he is gonna ring the lad who sorted me out! i have genuinely had 14 good solid enquiries in just one month! i dont know the tech team as everyone else does but no complaints from me as yet, keep the phone ringin please....

I find it sad that the Dotcom Chrome are spending more time in this and other forums masquerading as their own "satisfied customers" instead of actually attending to their real customers.

I originally thought they had a chance of making it with Dotcom Chrome, but instead of providing their customers with what they promise, they charge too much for too little and then abuse them when they dare to complain.
