This number is also repeatedly calling me
wanting me to end my current contract and move to them

After receiving calls over the last 3 days from 0845 863 0287, last night i got a call from this number saying that my mobile phone contract was about to expire and they had some great deals that they could offer me.  I told him i wasnt interested and he sounded very surprised.  Again like mentioned before, it sounded like a very busy call centre.

I keep getting missed calls from this number, it can't be important as they never leave a message!

i just got a call of them and they left it running but said nothing so i hung up they rang back and said your contract is coming to end and we can save you money and rubbish like that. My contract is not coming to an end and i have a good price already for it.

I have been getting calls from this number for over a week, i have asked them to stop but i still get them. I now have their address and a contact name so i have threatened them if they call again they will be getting a visit themselves.

this number kept coming up as a missed call, then when i eventually was able to take the call it was difficult to make out who they said they were and when i asked twice who they were they put the phone down. this is my personal phone and I know everyone who I have given the number to, so how do they get my number?

Rang me up in December saying they understood my mobile phone contract was coming to an end, I said no it isn't and they hung up.

Rang again today and said the same thing and I hung up. My contract doesn't end for another 6 months!

been getting 3 calls off these t*****s a day answered this morning and they tried to get me to change mobile contract with them. i asked them if they could give me the same freebies as everyone else and they said no so i told them to bugger off then . politely. got 3 more calls off them and when i thretened them with legal action for haracement they hung up. have regestered my number with TPS which is free and should stop them. if they continue to call then i can make an official complaint and they get screwed.

never thought of it till just now . ill conacct my provider and report them . the network providers probably need a sertain number of complaints so i recomend that you all contact your provider and complain

Me too. Been hassling me for the last few days but whenever I answer there is no'one there.

These fools called my fiancee's mobile 4 times in 2 day, so when they called on a weekend I took the phone said I was not interested and the guy on the other end said that he was not that way inclined.  Then tried to come with some crap about selling me some o2 phone contract to me cos my contract was ending.  Baring in mind the phone is my fiancee's and its her contract not mine I would think this company is a big con, sell phones then offer no support.  They didn't ask any questions as they didn't get the chance but I would say they knew nothing about the phone they simply had a number and information on who the contract is with.  Other than that they will no nothing and try to get the rest of the information from you.  Best approach is answer aggressive tell them youi are not interested and they will show there true colours because the caller will be klnocked of stride and try being cocky.

Good luck and lets get these guys out of business.

If you wantr a company name call them back after 8pm on an evening and if you can decipher the garbled voicemail you can find out who they are.

Just had another!

I'm on the TPS and despite me reporting this to them, I was informed that their powers are limited, and although they can 'ask' and then 'forcefully ask' them to stop calling, they can't close them down or stop outgoing calls.  They can threaten a fine, but rarely do..  The company can simply start dialing from another number, and thus the cycle begins again.  I'm thinking Oftel or perhaps BBC's Watchdog are the way forward!

Thats right they cant close them down because there a legit business, in fact the cold calling business selling contracts & phones can make a very successfull business if run right.
as for a fine? haha your jokeing, you cant fine them its there job to cold call you!

I hope this helps everyone... I just rang the number back and demanded to have my number taken off their list... the woman on the end of the phone said she would so we'll see what happens!
