Have reported this to both my local TV news stations on Friday, still waiting for a reply, will also get in touch with Anne Robinson ITV Watchdog programme. It may all be too late but have to try something. Will be reporting this as a fraud as you have.
I would ask everyone who reads this to get in touch with Anne Robinson ITV Watchdog, the more that do the more likely it will get investigated.

just emailed them with evidence.The actionfraud didn't ask for any evidence uploaded though.not sure whether or not they are gonna call or spend resources in investigating.i've lost faith in police too.not hopeful i'll ever see the money departed

any idea where they got our numbers from.i remember subscribing to some financial newsletter giving them my email and number.i kept receiving calls from one Galvan.i'm not suspecting they sold the list to these fraudsters but there must be a connection.are most victims trading in shares/ETF or other financial instruments?

Sorry but Anne aint interested in these type of stories....her investigative journalism only covers people being ripped off by Supermarkets and dodgy builders. Her program has not covered any real frauds in years.

Good work Alan and Luke. Everybody needs to do this and asap before the trail goes cold. No doubt there are some still clinging on to hope that this isn't fraudulent. I know it's horrible but please wake up.
I phoned a reception number I was given for the building and the woman said she has had a lot of calls for Oxford Sunergy but they are not there any more, and never have been in the true sense of the word. They're crooks, and very good ones at that.
Thanks for the ID fraud link, I only realised last week when I was reporting as fraud that I had sent copies of my driving license and utility bill. No doubt they can use or even sell this information to make even more money.
There is something seriously wrong with the system when you can register companies and set up bank accounts and then disappear without a trace. Imagine one of us tried to do this, as individuals we'd be caught in an instant, but for companies the rules are different.
I too hope this thread stays alive as is the only medium for speaking to other people in the same situation. I'm not in the habit of putting up contact details on websites (especially as I think "Oxford Sunergy" will be monitoring any negative comments on the internet) and have CPP  ID fraud protection which is one consolation.
I will contact Watchdog too just in case they fancy covering something topical as carbon credit fraud is rife these days. We shouldn't feel stupid, these guys were slick and it's a mistake we'll never make again in our lives. Good luck all, keep in touch

I did some FOREX training with Knowledge to Action and must have ticked a box which said I was open to information on other investment opportunities. I'm a bit annoyed that they didn't screen who they were selling/passing this on to but I doubt there will be any comeback there

It's worth a try, the more that get in contact with the programme the more chance they might do something.

I too worked with KTA for a short time. I don't remember signing anything that let them pass on my details though. I'm normally very careful about these things. I feel a complete fool, I felt something was not quite right but was convinced by the first trade doing so well.

When I was contacted by Oxford Sunergy I asked where they got my number from and they told me Knowledge 2 Action so I guess this is probably common for most of us.

Has anyone reported this to Barclays Bank or know how we can report it?
