- C.Murphy replies to Ted| 3 repliesHE OBVIOUSLY HAS GOT HIS FUNDS BACK, i'M TOO CONFUSED AS TO WHAT HIS POINT IS ???
bEEN PAID .. MADE PROFITT MUST BE SCAM ? i STILL DON'T GET HIS POINT !!!! - Mark C| 10 repliesOn my second deal & have been experiencing similar difficulties of getting hold of anyone for the last 5 days. So visited office's, no one could see me but the Regus receptionist phone Julie, who told me she is the office administration, who was not in the office. Spoke to Julie & she told me that Christopher has had a family bereavement but will contact me tomorrow. I asked why that would stop anyone else answering the phone & she said there must be a fault on the system. Make what you will of that but if don't get an answer tomorrow I will be back at the offices until I get some answers.

- Mark C replies to Mark C| 9 repliesJust received a call from Christopher James, apparently he has been at a conference & whilst he has been away the phone system has gone down. Not a family bereavement then!! Tells me he hope to close my second deal on Thursday & will be in touch. "Nothing to worry about", I do hope so!!
- Alan replies to Mark C| 8 repliesMark, you seem to be in the same position as me. I eventually had a call from Chris this afternoon after trying to call the offices and leaving emails which have all been ignored.
He said the lack of communication was due to a system failure - but I pointed out that everyone there has mobile phones and personal emails so why can't they be professional and contact everyone to let them know there is a problem.
We have also been assured of some progress by this time next week.
Apparently the buyer of the 2nd trade hasn't come up with the money yet!
Time will tell - but I think Chris knows I am not happy with the current situation.
What about you? - Action Fraud replies to AlanIf you suspect fraud I suggest you raise a CRN (Criminal reference Number) via the Action Fraud Website
http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
This will help the police and other government agencies build a picture of potential fraudulent activity and aid in bring action based all information available from various sources. - Rob Peter To Pay Paul replies to C.Murphy| 2 repliesMurphy
I think the concern here is that aspects of this company don't stake up, as detailed by several people WHO HAVE INVESTED WITH THEM.
It could be that this is a ponzi scheme.
In these schemes the victim is persuaded to pay to join an investment scheme which promised high returns. However, no investment was made and money was only brought in to the scheme by other people joining. These schemes are sometimes called pyramid or ponzi schemes.
So long as you're only trading with profit you have nothing to lose apart from profits. But they do encourage investors to increase their stake on subsequent trades. This is how ponzi schemes work.
Then puff , they disappear. good bye money.
Early adopters usually get investments back, but as they invest more they too lose more than invested.. - anonymousAnother aspect that seems at odds with this small company is that all their published articals have been self issued via sites that provide free publishing services. And that the spokes-persons name for Oxford -Sunergy keeps changing.
I have identified the following thus far.
Jane Hodgson (director for only 2months)
Sascha Bloomfeld
Michael Bradford
Do companies with less than 50 people needs three spokes-persons? usually you have just one.- Caller: Oxford Sunergy

- Mark C replies to Alan| 7 repliesI have to say there is something not right. I also came across a Press Release issued by Oxford Sunergy & then again word for word for a company called Green Partners based in Manchester. I will give him until Thursday before taking any further action. I'll let you know how it goes.
- C.Murphy replies to Rob Peter To Pay PaulBut i stll don't get it........ I have made money and last trade come back with less invested ??
- C.Murphy replies to Rob Peter To Pay PaulShould I not invest ? I am unsure as I have not lost any money infact I have made money and so far the only person being negative also made money.?? Confused.com!!!!
- C.Murphy replies to Mark C| 5 repliesMaybe somebody is targeting this company ?? This is all very odd. ! I currently have made returns on my money . Seen lots of negative stuff but now wonder if its just a highly competitive business with idiots stopping people getting involved... Be carefull but don't let other's guide you ! It['s your money and do what you want with it.
- Mark C replies to C.Murphy| 3 repliesI hope your right, it just makes you a little nervous when you cannot get hold of anyone via the phone or email for over 5 days. I hope I can report that you were right tomorrow when I get an update from Christopher James.

For more info, email veroscam@btinternet - Mark C replies to Mark C| 2 repliesDespite promising to contact me today, I have heard nothing!! Phones are once again not being answered & emails not responded to.
The sinking feeling I have suggests that you were lucky, unfortunately it appears that myself & some others might not have been.
I think its time to stop waiting & to take some action. - previous investor replies to Mark C| 1 replyMarc .
I suggest you call all the numbers you have including this one 01865 481481 (reception at 7200 the quorum ) a which goes through to the reception desk of the registered office . NOTE this is not the reception number given by oxford sunergy as from all accounts it doesn't reside there.
Ask for Julie she appears to be the only person representing them at their registered office.
Also suggest you raise a CRN as suggested on previous post.
No professional company would have all the flaws highlight within this mail chain.
Good luck to all involved. - Sucker replies to previous investorI too have been fleeced of my hard earned life savings. Going to report this as a fraud.
Aggressive but very persuasive salesmanship which ceased the instant I made the bank transfer.
Have not had any response since and in hindsight I can't believe I didn't see the signs. But these guys are extremely good at what they do and have no conscience whatsoever. I'm sure you were all told not to worry, you're in safe hands! Good luck all, at the very least I hope these people rot in jail - naive nick replies to Alan| 47 repliesI have just reported this as a fraud (call 0300 123 2040) and was told that all the details I gave sounded similar to frauds of this kind carried out in the past. Unfortunately we have to accept that we are very unlikely to see our money again (I have lost pretty much all the money I had to my name, but that is my own fault for not being more careful) but if everybody reports this fraud there is a chance that these people will get caught and won't be able to do this again. That is the only consolation here, if we can get these people locked away.
Please everybody who has invested, report this as a fraud now. You may have lost a lot of money and so it is understandable to not give up hope but look at the facts.
They are not contactable and lie about the reasons why.
Their office doesn't officially exist.
We all got "upgraded" free of charge to a platinum account.
Their brochure and website have almost identical wording to a previous company which committed the same type of fraud.
I also have a feeling that C.Murphy on this thread is involved somehow and trying to delay people from reporting this so they can complete their exit strategy, taking all our money with them.
REPORT THIS FRAUD NOW, DON'T HESITATE - naive nick replies to C.MurphyC.Murphy I have a question. Have you actually had the money returned to your bank account yet or has it just sat in your Oxford Sunergy holding account which can be logged into on their website?
You are either one of the lucky people who were targeted first and therefore had a chance to get some money back OR I think it is more likely that you are involved somehow and are using clever tactics to delay people reporting this as fraud. Another clever delaying tactic is updating your website. Noticed last night that it now has tabs along the top and lots more info on there, tricking people to think that it must be a genuine company if they are still updating their website, despite all the suspicion of fraud. Very clever stuff. It's a shame you don't put your intelligence to good use improving the world rather than ruining it, and people's lives in the process.
