Getting several of these missed calls. Phoned the 1800 number above to be told I had to phone 1901 to asked to be removed from marketing list for these calls. After usual press this press that scenario I spoke with eircom employed customer care agent who duly took note of my request to be removed from listing. "This will take up to 28 days" - horrified i said they can ring you as often as they like annoying you but can only guarantee removal within 28 days due to update timeframe for their database. Customer care at its best...Eircom loss making...HOW!!!! Yes, could be time to make the switch...they need to get with the 2013 programme!
