Mr Hayden of ROZART pills produced by Elbon Welbeing Centre, Rusilip, Middlesex phoned me this morning giving his no as 0203 002 3879.

Gave the impression he was conducting a surrvey but eventually finished recommending his pills at £29.99 for 30 reduced to OAPs at £14.99 and wanted me to sign up on the phone which I did not do.

    Suspicious.

    Be warned!

I was called 3 days ago from Elbonwellbeing asking me if I wanted to buy Procel. It was agreed that I would purchase 60 tablets.at a price of £17.95 (I paid on my lloyds credit card.)  When I looked at my bank statement earlier today I notice that Wellbeing had taken the sum of  £365.95 which was not agreed. They did say that £365.95 was for the whole course. I explained that I would try Procel but it may effect my other medicines.. Could you please look into this matter for me. As an 81 year old pensioner I cannot afford to pay out sums like that. Thank You Mr. A. F. Sell

Please ring Consumer Direct/CAB and also Action Fraud.  These people have conned you and rthey are dangerous.  Unless everyone who is conned by them reports them they will go on doing this.  I realise at your age it might be difficult to make these reports, but perhaps you have family or friends who could help.  These scammers prey on the elderly and vulnerable because they think they won't take action against them

As I have said in other posts, please report these people.  They prey on the elderly because they think we won't fight back when they steal our money.  Some day one of their victims is going to take the rubbish they sell instead of their proper medicine with awful consequenses and they need to be stopped.

They called me yesterday appearing to be from the NHS.  They knew about my husbands hospital referral and obviously our x-directory telephone number and name.   Very friendly and sympathetic and wanting to know about medications we were taking.  I thought it very odd that she did not already know these details if she was official and then when she tried to sell me celery seed tablets I told her I would have to discuss this with my doctor.   She then gave me the name address and telephone number of the company and said she would phone me again.  I told her not to bother.   How do these people get access to medical in formation ?

My father (79) who has dementia was called by Elbon Wellbeing (100 Greystoke Drive, Ruislip, Middlesex (HA4  7YW) and his bank subsequently debited for £300.00 for Pomegra tablets he does not want or need.  Calling them gets you nowhere.  This company are clearly cold calling vulnerable people and persuading them to hand over bank card details and then hiding behind the supply of goods. We have reported this to Trading Standards so be warned.

It is impossible to contact them because they are scammers that don't want to be chased. Once they have your money/card details/ bank details they have what they want

As I have said may times on here, report them to Trading Standards and to Action Fraud.  Action Fraud are really helpful and may be able to tell you how to get your mum's money back.  In the meantime make sure your mum cancels her card as these rats are prone to taking money any time they feel like it.

I was called. A very polite man called Joe, who knew about arthritus. Spoke for 20 mins and I said i would think about the tablets. Anyone in my position. Arthritus for 20 years welcomes anything that might help! However I'm not stupid and said I would research. Joe gave me details about Rozart Gopo 800g tablets. He said you can't buy them anywhere else. They cost £29.00 usually but today they would cost £12.95. I was given his phone number, slightly different from the above 02030023879 and address of the well being company in Ruslip. He also gave me website address www.gopo.co.uk which I used but it is a general website and doesn't tell me anything about the company. He is ringing me back on Monday evening
I have just stumbled across  comments about a similar situation so thought it miught be useful to send this message.
