Doesn't this make a mockery of their claim to be "ethical and trustworthy"?  Despite their claims they are just a bunch of scammers who prey on the elderly and vulnerable.  Good for you for reporting them.  Our local paper has recently done a piece warning the elderly about these 'phone calls, so it might be worth checking with your own local press to see if they are interested.

Posting on here will not atop this scum 'phoning you.  You will need to contact them directly.  I would suggest you do it by e-mail so you have a copy then, if they do not stop you can report them to the Information Commissioner's Office.  As for the rubbish they have sold you I would suggest you contact your GP.  This scum are not Health Professionals and do not care what they sell you, they just want the money.

How you can claim to be reputable after reading the numerous posts made about your company is absolutely laughable. You need to address some of the allegations made about your company. From the various reports here you come across as anything but ethical.

Well said.  This company are scum, like Sanda Wellbeing.  They target the elderly with their quack, overpriced remedies.  Incidentally, what do you think about the sentence construction and use of words  in their replies.  English not a first language, perhaps?

Just like Sanda, you are a bunch of scammers who prey on the elderly and vulnerable.  You operate from overseas with a virtuall address in the UK.  I see you use an e-mail address for contact and not a postal address.  Your remedies are overpriced junk and you steal money from people who can't afford to lose it. You are neither ethicall or reputable just like Sanda and the third company in the North East, Natura.  The operating methods for all three companies are identical and there are warnings in GPs surgeries and the press telling people not to deal with you. Even the English you use in your posts shows that you are using it as a second language.

I am in full agreement with Nan, you are just nasty parasites that scam people out of their money. Can I ask are your parents proud that they have raised you as a fraudster who preys on the vulnerable? Do you not want to aim higher?

I have had 5 calls from them, the last two from a woman called Theresa, who has an Anglo-Indian accent, kept calling me "my dear" and also commented on my youthful voice.  She tried to sell me celery seed for arthritis.  I asked her which Dept of the Government had set up this Health Promotion, and she declined to say because of "Data Protection".  When I said I would not give her my bank card details because I would like to check Elbon Well-being on the Internet, she said I could trust her because she was a Roman Catholic!  I then read these comments.
When she phoned me again a couple of days later, I told her that I trusted her as much as I trusted the Roman Catholic priests who abused children, and told her not to phone me again.

Nice one.  It's great news when someone doesn't fall for their lies.  Please warn as many people as you can about these scammers, as well as another two who operate in the same way, Sanda Wellbeing and Natura.  There are warnings about these scum in most GPs surgeries and Health Centres, but the more people who are warned the sooner they will find they can't get money from vulnerable people and disappear back under their rocks.

I have mentioned these phone calls to several of my elderly friends, but seem to be the only person round here who has received similar calls.  BT has blocked cold calls to my number, but apparently can't stop calls from overseas cold callers.  This last caller, Theresa, claimed she was calling from Rednal, Birmingham, but when I mentioned having lived in a suburb near there some years ago, she didn't seem to recognise the name, which made me think that she was ringing from India.  With Portuguese-sounding names of their directors, they are almost certainly Anglo-Indians (mixed-race), rather than Indians.  I have not seen any information about these scams in my doctor's surgery.  When I told Theresa not to contact me again she seemed genuinely upset and denied knowing anything about negative comments on the internet.

My 90 year old dad just been stung on telephone for £183 for pomegranate tablets,  Have cancelled his debit card but too late to return tablets as he is not sure where he put them.  Obviously a scam on the old and vulnerable.  Have reported to Action Fraud who says they cannot record it as fraud as he received tablets.  Told me to report it to Consumer Action  08454 040506
