I can give you my assurance that all my calls came from the same female from Natura Health Care and changed to Elbonwellbeing.
She is an evasive liar who tried to imply they got a referral from an nhs clinic. Well it may be that they got my relative's details from a UK peddler in this rubbish. I think it is more likely their starting point is the market in sucker list numbers compiled by crude phone based phishing.
It is probably an Ebay type op. where they can appear to have a UK base and ship in 4 days.TPS and ICO are powerless unless the calls came from UK. It doesn't matter about Birmingham or London codes.

    Sucker List Sharing
Interestingly, I intercepted a few early morning calls from an Indian female pretending to be a broker/advisor in shares and looking for another family member by name. Reverse look ups show windows tech scammers. The same types have  modified their patter to push a call blocking subscription when they recognise me answering. Same kind of 2nd rate lies when pushed to back up their claim that they can detect we are getting unsolicited calls.

All you'll get from this lot is the slip. Persist with credit/debit card refunds, give full details but then forget trying to recover money yourself.

Above messages are over 2 years old but I recently had the same type of phone call resulting in a supply of Rozart  for 4 months from Elbon Wellbeing at Rushden, Northants but from a Birmingham phone number.  Why did the above messages cease? Are there two such firms, one legitimate, the other not?
    • Caller: Elbon, presumably.

I am not sure what you are saying.  The posts for this number started in 2011  and have continued until your post today.  Did you only look at Page 1?  There is only one Elbon Wellbeing and they are part of a scamming group of companies including Sanda Wellbeing, Sanda Wellness, Natura Healthcare and others. The addresses they give are all accommodation addresses (hundreds of dodgy companies using one address) and the ,phone numbers are spoofed.  The companies are based in Goa and Mumbai. India. They prey on the elderly and vulnerable by pretending to be Healthcare Professionals, which they are not.  They all sell the same quack remedies.  One person who posted had the contents of their medication analysed after the company had scammed his elderly father out of over £1000. The ingredients had no potency.  The tell their victims that the price is £14.99 but take £149.90 and because they have the bank details they keep taking the money and sending the rubbish.  There are many hundreds of complaints about all these companies on this webaite alone.

Thanks to opijni for that link:-
    http://www.therugbyobserver.co.uk/2014/10/13/ ... ner-117203.html
Google "A HEALTH supplements company..." text if the link is munged again.

    From 25 March 2013: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01rg1gk
Only just noted this episode as a result of that more informative post. Ironically it wouldn't have made much difference. Saleswoman's B.S. triggered both barrels.

Skipping to 6 min 10 seconds gets past the hard luck stories to the deceptive cold calling complaints.
Lies and more damnied lies in response from Sanda Wellbeing Ltd : I intercepted the same nuisance sales caller from before the radio program to my dad's number this July. Lied to the BBC & probably tried the same guff to Leamington Spa magistrates.
As well as July's post I made a complaint to ICO using the online snapsurveys form. People should know registering with the TPS and informing ICO has an effect. Unhelpful complaints in the reverse phone directory should be transferred to coffee mornings.

This is probably the latest, miserable and worst tale about Elbon Wellbeing. Our elderly friend (83) who has memory problems received an unsolicited call from Elbon in October 2014 and was persuaded to buy a years supply of supplement pills delivered at a cost of £360. Just this week, (22/01/2015), she received another call from Elbon and again she was persuaded to purchase another batch of pills, this time double the quantity at a cost of £459!! She hasn't even begun to use the first batch having forgotten about the purchase. We have just visited her today as she was worried about the escalating costs and didn't know what to do about it. Unfortunately she paid using her Visa debit card and gave out all her details. Payment has been taken. The bank has been informed and a stop put on her card. Bank has advised to contact Elborn to gain a refund of the £849, failing that, the bank has promised to take action (Virgin Money). How easy it is to take advantage of vulnerable people!! ELBON watch this space, I am coming for you!!

    Elbon's registered address:

    Registered Address
    404, Gera Immperium 1
    Patto Plaza
    Panaji - 403001
    Goa - INDIA

Elbon Holidays Limited was founded on 01 Jul 2010 and has its registered office in Middlesex. The organisation's status is listed as "Dissolved" and it had 3 directors at the time it closed. It was founded by Mr Charles Damian Boniface Avileli, Elvino Francisco De Souza.
Elbon Holidays Limited has a trading address of:

       100 Greystoke Drive
       Ruislip
       Middlesex
       HA4 7YW
       United Kingdom

Vitabeing's website (another scam company misselling 'heath supplements' has a contact email of sandy@wellness2020.co.uk - There is a registered company called wellness2020 with a MS MANJARI VARGIVANE listed as their director. She describes her occupation as 'sales' and she 'lived' in London according to her Google profile, but now resides in Bombay, and this company has a registered address of 75 COURTENAY AVENUE, HARROW, MIDDLESEX, UNITED KINGDOM HA3 6LJ. She also was a director or company secretary for RAWJI IMPEX LIMITED who have a registered address of: 8 ST. CUTHBERTS GARDENS, PINNER, MIDDLESEX  ENGLAND, HA5 4JE a company that describes it's services as 'website mail order'. Interestingly there is a company named RAWJI EXPOTS with a registered address of Gulabi House, 4th Floor 111/115, Kazi Syed Street, Mumbai - 400003, India (phone (91)-(22)-3448769) who describe their business activities as exporters of spices and food products.

A Mr Salil Patankar, originally from Mumbai, but who now lives in London, has also been director/secretary to these companies, but according to his Facebook profile he is the proud owner or MD of Vitabeing. He is indeed a busy man as he also runs a company named ProActive who describe their business as "Tax Planning-Mitigation. Serving Interests of our Clients and Not the Taxman." He is allegedly based in Ruislip, Middlesex. He describes himself as a "member of the Freemasons Charity and a strong believer in NOTHING VENTURED NOTHING GAINED." You can contact Salil Patankar on 01895 677 865 or on his mobile number: 07956 479094. His office addresses are: 100 Greystoke Drive, Ruislip, Middx HA4 7YW or 97 Drummond Drive, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 3PH. I would suggest if any one of you or your family have been scammed by this company do go straight to the top and speak directly with Salil. He may be a little surprised to hear from you at first, but I'm sure he'll be very interested to hear what you have to say. Have a look at his accountants website here: http://www.proactiveconsultancy.com/ - there's a fabulous page devoted to accountant jokes....strangely I could not find a joke containing the punchline of a crooked accountant being complicit in a vicious overseas scam that preys on elderly, vulnerable UK citizens and defrauds them out of thousands of pounds. I wonder if Salil's professional contacts would be impressed if they found out about his involvement in Vitabeing? I wonder how his idol Boris Johnson would react?

More details about Salil can be gleaned from some of the links below. Remember - this guy is personally profiteering from your elderly relatives being tricked and scammed, so do feel free to ask for a refund and compensation!

    https://twitter.com/proactivesalil
    https://www.facebook.com/Proactivesalil
    https://www.facebook.com/salil.patankar.3

Interesting - Salil Patankar also has links with another scam health supplements company - Elbon Wellbeing. See this link below (look on the right hand side of the page to see fellow 'co-worker' Salil Patankar mentioned).

    http://www.companydirectorcheck.com/charles-damian-boniface-avileli-2

Salil Patankar briefly was the director of (now dissolved) company called Elbon Holidays.

The directors behind Elbon Wellbeing - Charles Damian Boniface Avileli and Elvino Francisco De Souza are both based in Goa, India.

More proof that all of these scam companies are interconnected.

I have just found out that my Mother has been scammed by this company who called her in October and have been collecting £360 per month until she finally realised something was not right. I am going to return the product by registered post with a very strong letter and hope for compensation(!). She has paid for the product via a credit card so I hope the bank will help get her her money back. any other advice would be very welcome. I will also contact The TPS although I suspect these people pay no heed to that as I have blocked her number before.

Your company may be registered, but it is still a scam. You do not fool us. We know you are in Goa. We know you prey on elderly and vulnerable people. We know your company is just a clone of Sanda Wellbeing. Look at all of the reports on these pages - these are not 'happy customers' are they?! You should be ashamed of your profession. You will forever be doomed with bad karma for your actions, parasite!

Keep getting phone calls from this number practically every day.02036300328 when I answer they ask my name I confirm my name and then after a few seconds it goes dead or once they said a good evening to you and my name.
I can't understand this behaviour or why its just strange I often just ignore the call as I can see it on the readout
    I'm just baffled

For my part, I cannot understand why you would post information about one number into a thread about a different number. The way the forum works seems perfectly clear.      Why not have another shot at posting to the correct thread.   You will have a much greater chance of having your bafflement eased if your post is available to fellow travelers.

    Yes.
    (1) you are describing the same snake like female I described on 22nd Sept 2014 lying about NHS referral
    (2) 01216302796 is one of their numbers they use at the end of this incomplete list.
    (3) Actionfraud, ICO, NHS doctor's surgeries, trading standards the length of UK all know them but precious little is done.
    (4) Ask a doctor if you don't believe this:- prescription anti-inflammatory pills and cream works.Herbal remedies don't work.
    (5) Tesco has them for a hundredth of the price.
    (6) Buy a call blocker box or phone if you have caller ID. Elbon don't stop.

If you are not a SCAM company then why are you not replying to unhappy customers?  I have been emailing query@elbonwellbeing.co.uk and I am still awaiting a reply?

If you want to be treated with respect and supply any happy customers with your product then treat the unhappy people you have conned with respect and return their money!!!!!!!!

Not sure why this comment is directed at me, when I am in support of the notion that this is a scam company? Maybe Elbon will be kind enough to supply an answer to your pertinent question?....I doubt it though as these are just fraudsters who rely on pressurizing vulnerable and elderly people in order to make a living. Report this company and their actions to any relative authority - these types of companies have been fined and shut down previously, but you have to report them to a higher authority for anyone to take action - a post on an internet thread alone will not suffice!
