Couple of calls this week - no message.

Any luck in finding out who it is? Just rejected a call from the same number today and no message was left.

can anyone put a name to this caller? they have just started ringing my personal mobile.

Phoned this morning, no message, no idea who it is!

company trying to see if you wish to do any PPI claims

josh is correct its a company that deals with claims for mis-sold ppi or bank charges etc

Apparently the Company name is Ellsworth Associates, they called my mobile, I rejected it and called back from a landline, this was the name given on answer.

this is a company called "ELLSWORTH ASSOCIATES" of Blackburn

I had these  ring and I answered they are trying to get back PPP on any mortgage within the last 10 years , could not get him off the line even when i said i am registered with the caller preference but scarily he knew my name and address!

Would not answer it as don't answer unknown numbers due to scams

Keep calling-tried to get me to give dob as said can get money back from bank.Nigerian man was one i spoke to.Now keep waking my kids up at 7pm

I get regular calls from this number and another number (also sometimes a private number) to my mobile.
It seems to come from a debt collection company wanting to speak to an "mrs Angie Fish".
I have had over 100 calls from them so far (only got this phone end of last year) .
I have asked time and time again to be removed from their list but to no avail.

Next time they call I will get as much info from them as poss.

Received a call from this number today - Elsworth Associate (apparently) Asking about PPI & refundable bank charges!!

I have just started receiving calls on my mbile phone from this number.  I answer and there is noone there - no message left nothing.

I have just received a call on my mobile from this number but did not answer. After reading the comments on here I won't be answering if they call again. How the hell do these people get our numbers???

I got a call from this number yet again today the r  always calling me bit of a pain to be honest any body know how to block em from calling me

They are Elsworth Associates and they're trying to get you to claim for mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance through them.

They called my wife in person on our landline this morning, when she told them she wasn't interested and hung up. They then called  MY MOBILE, asking for my wife. I quizzed them for a minute, also saying we weren't interested, but the caller continued to ask questions, so I hung up. This should not be allowed.

Thing is, all the phone companies, landline or mobile, could stop all this tomorrow. Ever wonder why they don't?
