God grief when will this company get the message that I am not interested as I do not have PPI and have not had PPI perviously either! Registered with TPS so will be reporting to them and then hopefully they will be hit with a fine!

sick off getting calls on my mobiloe from this number

i have just placed a message about this number i have olny just started to get these calls after i went on swinton web siter for a motorbike quote as anyone had the same ??????????

I have experienced what other people describe - relentless calls, no one on the end of the line etc.  I fail to understand how, what feels to me like harassment, is going to make me want to do business with an organisation that does this.

Sick off these calls stop them NOW

i have just had this number call my mobil and if i dont know the number i dont answer it.who is it anyhow.

Following a call from them on my mobile, and no-one on the other end, I called them and told Samantha to remove my number immediately.  I also mentioned that if they call me again I will be suing them for harassment.  Let's hope she has removed it!  PPI.

I had a call from this no' today & they were asking for the name of my Ex neighbour..... This I feel is weird how did they get my no' with her name?

Called at 1454hrs 15/03/12 by a woman stating she was calling from ELLWOOD ASSOCIATES and offering help to recover missold PPI. She asked for me by surname only and when I told her I had never had PPI she said goodbye.

Ive had these ring me several times asking for my fiancé I've told hem that my mobile number is this ad to stop calling they then asked me for his number I said no if he wanted you to have it he would of give it them grrr. Wait till they ring again they will feel my wrath

I have checked with Ellwood Associates and it is not them making the calls as they are based in the USA. Their marketing man did some research and came up with the offending company who are ELSWORTH ASSOCIATES LTD of Blackburn, UK. If you visit their website http://www.elsworth.co.uk/ you can send them an email complaint demanding to be removed from their database, like I have just done. Further breaches would then provide evidence for a complaint to the Data Protection registrar

I keep getting call from companies sayiong they can get back my PPI  i keep telling them to sod off the last time i told them if i got a call from any company again about this i would report it to the trading ombudsman as it was now harrassment as i didnt want to know,another one today but ignored it as i was out shopping

sick and tired of keep ringing

they call 5 times a day getting quite annoying to be honest,where do they get your number from ?

Thank you to Steve for the email address enquiries@elsworth.co.uk - I've emailed them today to remove my number from their system so fingers crossed no more calls

I've set my phone to automatically reject these calls now but I just had a voicemail from them. It was the sounds of a woman crying. It didn't automatically give the number but when orange sent me the number of who'd called I realised it was this number again. Reallt distressing and low tactic to get people to call back!
