phone rang at 7.35 pm,,, sounded like a noisy pub in teh back ground with loads laughing and shouting

If anyone has got this number as one of the recent calls on their mobile, save it to contacts as 'Do not answer'

recieved this call!!!! hate cold callers.... never goping to answer this - good advice to save to phone book as "do not answer" or COLD CALLER."

Received two calls and nobody on line when I answered. Phoned back and left message asking MD to call me back following day at 10.00 am but never received a call back.  I told them their practice of not having anyone on the end of the line is illegal.

Getting the same, I'm 16 for goodness sake. Really is starting to irritate me. They've rung 4 times during school!

Like I'm going to need to re-claim 'mis-sold' PPI...

this is number is constantly ringing me aswe,, no idea who it is, have resulted in ignoring the call as they tend to ring whilst in work !

Called a few times this week - didn't answer as number not known.

i had 7 missed call in one day from this number, not to sure how they got hold of my number ??

they call me every week today i put them on hold by my tv and played mtv down the phone full blast they didnt stay on the phone long guess it wasnt their kind of music o and a blast of a damn good loud whistle normally stops them ever ringing back

call from this number this morning on my mobile.  when i answered it was silent. very upsetting today as dad passed away in the last few day's and have been giving my phone number to funeral homes, coroners office etc so lots on unknown to me me ringing my mobile. could do without these people ringing and then no talking. oh how i wish mobile service providers would come up with a way these calls could be blocked.

If you look them up on the ICO's register they hold personal data on people for 4 purposes apparently:

1 - They provide private investigation services
The provision on a commercial basis of investigatory services according to instruction given by clients.

2 - Debt Administration and Factoring
The tracing of consumer and commercial debtors and the collection on behalf of creditors. The purchasing of trade debts, including rentals and instalment credit payments, from business.

3 - Staff Administration
Appointments or removals, pay, discipline, superannuation, work management or other personnel matters in relation to the staff of the data controller.

4 - Accounts and Records
Keeping accounts related to any business or other activity carried on by the data controller, or deciding whether to accept any person as a customer or supplier, or keeping records of purchases, sales or other transactions for the purpose of ensuring that the requisite payments and deliveries are made or services provided by him or to him in respect of those transactions, or for the purpose of making financial or management forecasts to assist him in the conduct of any such business or activity

i keep having this number ring my landline at least 4 times a day, they never leave a message,sat at my pc and yet again they ring so for once i answered it,they asked for me and i said to the man on the other end, who are you?we are from the money group,ie we can help you claim  ppi bk,so my gob goes in to over drive, dont give the prat a chance to talk again,the only way you all will stop them ringing is to block them or report them,because even after i had a go at him, told him not to ring my number and tk it off their list, i just had another call lol. persistant i will say that....

I called this No. back from a land line, the girl answered saying 'Abbey, did you have a missed call from us'
I've also had a lot of emails saying my bank details with Abbey need to be verified. I don't have any account with Abbey/Santander *scams*!!

Do not ring my home or mobile number again. Reputable companies leave messages. Dodgy ones don't.
I never answer calls from numbers that I don't recognise so don't waste your time.
My business number is registered with TPS and you risk a large fine.

I constantly get phonecalls from this number! On the one occasion i did answer they didn't say anything so i hung up, only for them to call me back within a minute and again no one speaking!!!!!
Totally unacceptable.

This number calls me almost on a daily basis, first time i answered no-one spoke. Now i dont answer to this number at all.

Keep rejecting calls from this number, no idea who it is, but wish they'd stop, its so annoying, you go and pick up your phone, and then they hang up

Calls two or three times a week, may for the last six months.  Anyone know how to stop it?
