- Zoe McCLeery replies to DionysusHi there.. I am extremely interested in a company called Blue Branch LTD, in Edinburgh. They 'work' alongside IJP Associates LTD. My partner recently applied, the whole false interview and lies happened, and he 'got the job.'
He's been 'working' here, well providing free labour for all of a week now. I have researched this company and similar ones intensely. But i cannot seem to shake his opinion. He believes the Managing Director is a true business woman who can help him become a manager. I was wondering if you had any additional information or links to this company. I know what they do to workers, they exploit, brainwash and isolate them. I need to get him out now.. I want to also further my research and try to warn other employees of this disgusting and inhuman operation they call a 'career.'
Thanking You

I applied for a job in ALTITUDE ACQUISITIONS and on the very next day I was called for an Interview.I was very happy because I am having a hard time to even get an interview... I did some research as I always do and decided to miss it because of all the posts about it being a scam and such. On the next day i was called by them again (with no complaints that i didnt show up o.o) and some other company. I agreed that 'I will come" for the so called 'interview'. I have it tomorrow. one at 11:15am and the other 1:40pm. and guess what! they both have the same address O.o
I am NOT going.
This is obviously a scam
I have read through this forum and other websites about such 'businesses' and really... this is SICK!

- Mike| 2 repliesPantheon International/UK is another misleading job advert which is ultimately door to door sales and the promises they tell you won't be true. Their address is Angel Business Suite, St Alban's Place, Islington, N1 0NX and number is 07715904635.
Looking back now I kind of blame myself because the job advert was clearly too good to be true. On the same day of applying I was called back and invited to an interview the next day. When I arrived there was loads of candidates, who looked my age (early 20's) and I spoke to some who were mostly graduates!
The interview was with a guy who was a cliched salesman and he spoke how amazing the company is and about the fast track management system. It seemed he wanted me to take the job more than i did. I was desperate for a job at the time and was buzzing that I got called back for training day. How foolish was I.
There was meetings, which was more of a motivational speech, and then I had to shadow a senior sales rep doing door to door sales. I had to pay for my own train tickets too. When I spoke to the sales rep she was clearly deluded and brainwashed saying that how shes an ambassador for international companies and that she can sell anything. When I said "why haven't you made any sales so far then (after knocking on 30-40 doors)" she gave me a dirty look and later on told the managing director that I distracted her!
Because I badly needed a job I just went along with it and believed into their bull****. I thought, if I work hard, prove myself and show I'm keen I can grow within the company. I worked for over a month: paying for my own train tickets and I was essentialy self-employed. The rare sales I made, I didn't see any of that money and the hours are very long. If you even thought to question this to the managing director he would instantly go from bubbly to angry and start accusing you of being unambitious.
In the meetings, the speeches he made was so deluded that it was unreal. The sales guys and other workers that believed into it was crazy too. They genuinely was under his a**. In the end, I gathered that the hard work doesn't pay off here. You end up losing more money than you make which as a broke post college student is awful.
If anyone says anything good about this company it's because they're brainwashed! I saw it all and their managing directors are very good at this. They occasionally hosted events just to take photos for us brainwashes sales reps smiling and looking happy!
I would strongly recommended to run away if you come across these company! Unless you have money to burn and time to kill. I believe it's a disgrace that theu exploit young or even old jobseekers who are in need for a job.- Caller: Pantheon International / Pantheon UK

- Jamie ShortLast week I had an 'interview' with Snowbird Advertising (based at Gallen House in Birmingham opposite New Street Station) for another one of these 'marketing jobs'. I was of course completely naive about having a positive outcome...I'm about to leave my current job as it was only a temporary position so I just jumped at any chance to apply for a job. I had this gut feeling that it was dodgy but I chose to ignore it because I was desperate. I received a call from the 'company' informing that my application was successful and they wanted me to come in for an interview so off I go to the interview.
There were so many people being interviewed throughout the week which looked so odd...Having prepared myself for the interview beforehand I was expecting them to quiz me about the company but all I did was nod and say yes at the appropriate times and I got through. Ryan Campbell, the guy who interviewed me appeared to present himself as some kind of one-man-wonder, a genius entrepreneur...but he couldn't be more of the opposite. I arrived at the second interview, again being so naive, and I was aggressively whisked out and told to basically shadow a 'team leader' (without telling me where I was going) to do door to door sales (something of which I was told nothing about). Straightaway I wanted to walk away but the team leader kept trying to convince me it's not what it looks like, he also tried to convince he earns £400 a week and this is only the entry level bit and I could eventually progress and become a manager...
Eventually I had enough of their lies, the team leader paid for my bus back to Birmingham City centre and I went home. I emailed them right away to tell them what I thought and the next day I had a phonecall from Ryan himself. I quizzed him on why he didn't tell me it was door to door sales in the first interview but he couldn't give me a straight answer and after I asked him about the somewhat aggressive assessment day he put the phone down and blocked me from calling him.
So not only had I wasted two work days last week I also wasted a lot of personal time as well.
