Be aware of elite asset exchange 0203 668 2020 cold calls in diamonds,, emissions carbon credits,, storage ....over charging for everything. ?. Carbon credits are worth 16 pence only and according to
F.S.C  are only valid for one day.diamonds, some firms 1,500% mark up..and if there stored abroad in some bank when the firm closes for what ever reasons you may never see them, or if you do to get them into the country there is V.A.T and maybe other taxes on them.

Even when buying in this country V.A.T is added so on a 5k trade 20%V.A.T is added plus commission for the brokers @ say 15% abd 5 to10 %for the opener so 40 to 45 % of your investement has gone and thats before any profit for the creature's running the scam.

So how can you see a profit.... quite simply you cant..best not buy....simples

I was persuaded to invest over 80 000 in wines since 2011. Last year my personal circumstances changed and I repeatedly tried to contact Imperial Wines of London by telephone and letters. To date I have not rec err iced any response from Imperial Wines.  I have since contacted London City Bond who thankfully confirmed that they were holding wine on my behalf, but it was not worth anywhere near what I had paid for it. This has been confirmed by a number of brokers I have contacted to arrange for the wine to be sold/transferred to another errr owner. So whilst you do provide the wine you say you are going to it is at greatly inflated prices rather than the fantastic value your agent tell unsuspecting clients. I have learn

At least I have a lesson never to deal with cold callers no matter how good the deal sounds.

Looks like the Insolvency Service have made a massive cockup by banning the so-called David Evans from acting as a company director.
Dunn now admits ‘David Evans’ is actually a fake identity used by John Mark Bevan who is the mastermind of the Property Partnership land-banking fraud in Bromley and of European Fine Wines Ltd (EF Wines).
Do you know this John Mark Bevan? Can you tell us any more about what the hell is going on? And by the way, their website has now suddenly disappeared

Sonny Morgan, Steven Masters, Michael Baxter and Daniel Royce are all false names of “brokers” at the Property Partnership of Bromley in Kent who stole our life savings in exchange for fake and worthless land investments. The name used by their fake “Head of Compliance” was Robert Brown. The solicitor who represented them was Dale R Walker. The Property Partnership used several different company names to facilitate the scam - all which included the word “Ultraclass”.
    https://opencorporates.com/companies/gb/04940563

The Property Partnership pretended to be based at 288 Bishopsgate in the City of London, but all along were really operating secretly from premises in Bromley. At the beginning they were at Dale R Walker’s office situated behind Barnardo’s charity shop on High Street, Bromley (1 – 2 Coach House Mews). Later they used offices at 11 – 13 Bromley Common, Bromley, which were the same premises as European Fine Wines Ltd (EF Wines).
Dale R Walker later relocated his one man band solicitor firm from Bromley to Sevenoaks in Kent. But the Solicitors Regulation Authority closed it down in February this year. Walker himself is now being prosecuted by the FCA for fraud and money laundering in connection with three other investment scams based in Bromley. Last month European Fine Wines Ltd went into liquidation with millions of pounds unaccounted for.

So glad i googled Imperial Wines of London. Was cold called by a very pushy salesman yesterday and received a glossy brochure this morning. It's safe to say that i won't be entertaining another discussion with them or any other cold calling company.

Thank you for all the information.
