i had a recent conversation with a company called Burbank of London, after a lot of research and hard digging i have found out it is run by the old owners of Manor Rose Ltd, there is also a new director called Hayden Driscoll... I cant stress to you enough how dodgy this company is, i mean would you send your money to Manor Rose again after all that has happened? No, of course not.
So why are these crooks still making money out of you fools?
DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE CRIMINALS.

I spoke to the insolvency team and they informed the investigation is still ongoing.

I have just been ripped off by Haydon Driscoll (Director) and his cronies at Burbank of London. On 29th October he insisted I buy more carbon credts - only for a few weeks as they were to be sold on 22nd November - then I would get my money back plus my profit. I told him it was all the money I had left of my redundancy money but he said it was a 'no brainer' not to to it. I would have it back in 3 weeks...
It has turned out he did not registered any credits with the holding company, has now cut off all phones at their office, and left their premises in Leman Street - a week before my 'credits' were to be sold.
In other words they have taken my money and kept it...that is theft. I now have no money. I have informed the police Action Fraud and the FSA but to no avail so far. I am going to my local police tomorrow and will contact the Seious Crime Sqaud as well. The only reason I have time to do all this is because I am still unemployed...
They all deserve to be in jail for a very long time...and I hope this happens.
Haydon Driscoll if you are reading this you are a thief and a liar and I hope you get what's coming to you.

Jaks, the credits was never going to be sold, these compines do not have buyers, the credits are bought for £2, and sold for £5 to £13, they are just sales compines,. Come on u really thought they was going to sell you out lol.

The Moore brothers WERE involved, pulling the strings behind the Burbank/Emission Offset operations.

Haydon Driscoll is a "Puppet" Director, but still very dodgy and a liar.

Micheal Moore was operating and may still be under the name Robert Moore.

Everything these guys seem to touch is dodgy! They NEED to be stopped.

Yes they need to be found and stopped - and jailed... why were they not after the Manor Rose scam.
- the Emission Offset phones were turned off on 22nd November - the day I - (and probably a lot of other people) were supposed to get our money - and seemingly they vacated their offices the week before. So this was all planned. This is criminal fraud and I have been to the police this morning.

If anyone knows where these people are please can you let 'Action Fraud' or City of London Police know. - or if you don't want to be involved please can you post here and I will inform the police.

When was Burbank of London and emission offset se up and who is the director/owner of the companies and are all our credits held at sjl risk limited

SJL Risk have registered my previous credits and they say they are safe there but they did not receive notice of the new ones and when I phoned them they said they did not have dealings with Emission Offset anymore as they couldn't ever get in touch with them. You should phone SFL Risk about your credits and speak to Harvey Bennett.

Your completely right! I absolutely understand why it's easy to focus our anger at this Haydon Driscoll character... And its truly worrying that Jaks had his money taken from him in such a callous way..But these MOORE brothers were still behind the WHOLE thing. We can't lose sight of that! Their still operating and it makes me physically sick!

They will probably drop this guy like a potato as soon as it starts getting a bit hot (eg police etc) and they'll find another greedy idiot to be the face/name of their latest venture!

They are probably sat there now, laughing whilst this latest scapegoat is sent to slaughter... All whilst counting OUR money..

Well the Moore brothers are the head...and the brains.. These other guys are small fry compared to these two... ( Don't get me wrong.. These small fry will do everything in their power to separate you from your cash..greedy b*****ds) BUT these guys are disposable and replaceable, so the Moore brothers will just find another guy to take the heat for them whilst they rake it in!  
They need to be found! They are CRIMINALS simple as!  It will ALL catch up with them!!! And I hope they have a REALLY HARD time behind bars... If you catch my drift!!!!

Don't know how they will get proof though. The only director listed is Haydon Driscoll. They need people to come forward with information.

Tony when was Burbank set up and by who was it set up whilst the other companies were going or after and I have just checked with sjl risk and my credits have been registed. If I were you I would do exactly what I have done and contact other companies to help you on your credits there is hundreds if companies out there 2 of which I'm with so we can get advice on our credits.
