Re: Dakota Partners International Ltd

I haven't blogged for a while this was due to the manager of Dakota Partners International Ltd, had asked me not to add anything else as it was part of the agreement in my repayment plan.  

The company is now unreachable & I have no direct telephone number or contact details for any manager.   This is my last resort to contact the company and especially the people who had promised my money back.

I have been very reasonable in agreeing to your terms, but my patience is wearing thin, as I can't seem to get through to you, and I haven’t had any recent contact as promised in recovering my money.  I left a message for you at your new company, but I haven’t received any calls.

I want to help other people that are in my position and the only way I can is by publishing exactly what position you put in, and all the tactics that you used.

If this helps even one person not buying into your schemes then I'm very happy.

But I'm a very optimistic person, I still have hope that my situation can be easily resolved.

I think the best course of action for any investor moving forward is double check the directors of any future company you wish to deal with, and make sure the Moore brothers, Chris Gill and Will Polston are nowhere to be seen.
I just hope the liquidators for Manor Rose will eventually give me some good news.
I guess i'll have to wait until the end of May.

I think they have two separate petitions, or unless there is a mistake, as i noticed the winding up order has been published for Dakota Partners International ltd, including a petition for Dakota Partners International CC ltd, where Christopher Gill was a director.

I agree we can just await for the outcomes, and of course help the insolvency team..

Are people owed any money from these companies if you are then fine if your not I don't really see what your aim is on this site ease explain thanks

The sole purpose of this blog is not just for the creditors, but also a general 'opinion' of how these companies victimise people & help them understand how its easy to fall for their tricks.

There is nothing wrong with the statements, and I don't see the problem, unless its personal?

I am owed money from Manor Rose. I simply see this as an opportunity to warn other investors of the dangers of dealing with a specific group of people.

If, Ajones, you read the entirety of this blog, I'm sure you'll see that many of us are in the same predicament.

Here here, funnily enough, most of the addresses registered on companies house are residential, when viewed through google maps.

This has already been brought to the attention of my lawyer.

Chris Gill was indeed a director at Manor Rose, even though he is not named on companies house.

Am I getting this right? The greedy salesmen of manor rose are using a forum for which the investors are seeking help after loosing there money? That makes you as low as the directors that set up these boiler rooms. Do u not understand this money you seek is the life savings of us fools who invested in the joke of a company. You should be ashamed. [removed:lang]

Far as i can tell annoyed is an employee that hasn't been paid.  Most of the people on this forum are victims of the boiler room scam.

Only one 'director' is being repeatedly named.  Was he the ring leader or the scapegoat?  What about the 'consultants/directors' who actually sold the investments as 'port-folios' for the future.  

If  all the ‘annoyed  ex-employees’ really want to help ‘investors’ why not contact the insolvency and give evidence, rather then implicating themselves!

If you read my past posts, you can see that I’m not connected to either of the companies that are mentioned.

What generally happens in these set-ups is experienced con-men fed a dream to young hungry individuals. Because generally the age of the consultants is early twenties etc they do not have a good idea on investments so believe what they are sellin is a good product. The directors are the real criminals. The directors of manor rose specifically ask for money hungry wolves through there recruitment process.

Does it make any difference if the addresses are on this site?  Most of us already know where they live, its pretty easy to search for addresses, especially if some directors are silly enough to have their company registered under their home address, and there are planning permissions available on the house etc,

You are obviously very desperate and I agree all the effort you are putting into this blog, why not just find 'proper' jobs!

Leave the blog to the real victims, that’s certainly isn’t you, as you participated in putting 'victims' out of pocket.
