from what i have read the land was sold in an llp format all directors on the llp will be registered at companies house, contact details will be available, a meeting will have to be arranged between all parties concerned to decide how to move forward, a developer/estate agent auctioneer may be able to sell. ( purely an idea may not work as i don't know the full details.)

What about Dakota Partners International?  Does the same apply?

Surely if its a collective investment scheme they have to be registered with the FSA.  Some people should be able to get their money back via the FSCS, as a collective investment scheme needs to be regulated.  

Problem is you need to have evidence.

This is why they have been shut down non regulated collective investment schemes, may get there money back if the liquidator can find it!

I wouldn't be suprised, if your comment is removed, by Manor Rose / Dakota Partners International.  

As alot of comments which mentioned any details of the future hearing have been removed.

If we go ahead and leave our credits on the registerand dont go with another company, how do we then trade them when the time is right? and how do we know when the time is right?

that is unfortunately the dilema posed, over the next few years the voluntary market is going to grow, i suppose you may have to check 6monthly over the net yourself and by this time i would imagine the market will be regulated and a company may take your credits on provided you invest with them but at that time you would be safe with a regulated company,

I just phoned Dakota Partners International, they were based at the Minories office in London. I have been informed they are no longer based there.  I thought even if they were winded up, there would still be some sort of correspondence or contact still available?

if you check the fsa registers all these people were at squaremile and pacific continental securities. they are selling the same useless products to us poor customers. they go all round the city from company to company doing this and it is probably the same people that own them. all i want is to get what i paid for. they cant even do that so what are we customers supposed to do? how hard can it be for the fsa, police and hmrc to get that drift. if they dont deliver what they say it is fraud. clearly you people just dont keep your word and rather than solve our problems you run off and do it again. this bob is the lowest of the low. but then they probably take pride in causing this misery. dont forget about the other names like vladopejic chrissgill and you guessed it all from square mile securities. we must be stupid to keep giving you another chance.

My friend is also feeling like they have got away with everything, especially when the police has investigated them, but apparantley there wasn't enough evidence.  How much evidence do you need!

they were all arrested last year after working at dakota. several reasons for arrest including drugs charges...check out express reports. he works with luc chaudhary from pacific continental and also at various others. currently selling either land or carbon credits with bob somal and others. they are still at it but as usual even though us customers know this what do authorities do? nothing

A simple check on companies house will show you that Chris Gill is still very much involved, having a joint directorship with Michael Moore in a 'consultancy' venture which is stiil active and only filed a few months ago......A leopard will NEVER change its spots!!

I knew about the company, do you know anything about the above, i thought if the company was already wind up, can it be wind up twice, for different reasons?

I believe there are 2 winding up orders, one for Dakota Partners and one for Manor Rose.

Hope this helps. I'm sure it's only a matter of time (If it hasn't already happened) that these people will start swindling again under another name.....why else would you keep registering new companies?

Well it didnt take too long. they are all working for something called elite broker company selling you guessed it, carbon and land. they called today thinking i was some other customer. challenged some guy on my old credits and land and they hung up. i suppose yet again they are at it and nobody does anything about it. how low can they be if they cant solve our problems and then go do it again to some more people. if the authorities cant do anything then they should say and there are other methods like issuing statutory notices to get money back from these people who are avoiding us
