Just noticed that 'Simon Worden' is the director of 'Zippy Marketing' which runs the www.thepensionexchange.co.uk. Small old world, used to work with the likes of Daniel Barclay at Moneymeans/Pensionlending now has his own pension related site offering similar products... Well, each to their own I suppose!

Looks like a lawyer here is suggesting a class action against those responsible for operating this scheme.

Yes that's right, it seems the Pension Backed Loans / Ark debacle was not enough to land Mr Anthony Chewins & co of Bournemouth in prison, because just like a turd that won't flush they are back again with a new website to scam some more!

This time they are advertising their services on the internet calling themselves www.freemypension.co.uk, offering "Independent freedom for your pension".

Bournemouth phone number on the site and the Gervais road address previously linked to them.

No one is suggesting that you work for nothing. But, you referred to the article and suggest people read it. To do so entails subscribing to The Times, in order to see one article.

I buy the hard copy on a regular basis, so don't feel the need to subscribe to the online version. I don't keep all the papers that I have read and so cannot go through old copies to search for this article.

I'm really sorry, that last post was NOT from me - someone is being malicious.  It seems that anyone can post using any name on this forum.

This forum holds no credit whatsoever.The fact you can use this site without providing any personal details means that the reviews/posts hold no value at all. If you want to get useful and more honest information about other peoples experiences with certain companies use the Review Centre site .With sites like Review Centre personal details of the user have to be supplied and also if too many posts come from the same IP address this is flagged up .This means the information provided is more likely to be realistic and not some of the "jackanory" that seems to get posted up here.thanks Jeff

Sounds like sour grapes.  Very many people find this site extremely useful.  The Moderators watch the threads and remove multiple posts from the same IP address.  If you so wish you can register at which time you give personal info.  Are you perhaps connected with one of the companies being complained about.  Otherwise, what reason would you have for coming on here?
