Ive dealt with people in debt for years and all CAB seem to tell people is to go bankrupt! Ive saved many peoples family homes via pension loans! I wonder how many CAB have lost by telling people to go bankrupt!

This firm is actually based in the Czech Republic!

The owners of the company are listed as Eva and Katerina Kavkova. I presume them to be Czech nationals, are they UK pension experts too?

Not sure of the history of all of this, but there is an expats blog that I found in Chechoslovakia, the final comment adds a bit more to this. Bit confused as I think the FSA are warning english people, but this guy is warning expatriots. Anyways, it is what it is and you cannot pollish a t**d.

my pal had a 50% loan from g loans, his pension is with kjk and he is now getting  letters from hmrc telling him there is a big tax bill on its way. He was informed when he went forward with this with g loans that this was a legal tax free advance on his pension. It does not seem so, is anyone in the same situation i'd like to hear from you. I'm investigating pensionlocator.com (PLTR), who have been texting junk messages to my phone.  There are also a number of bogus reveiw sites on google (i.e. search the above web page title(PLTR) which link you to the single PLTR page.  The PLTR domain is owned by Zippy Marketing Limited, with directors: Simon James Poole (SJP-dob 06/10/1962) and Simon Richard Worden(SRW-dob 10/05/1966) as registered at Company House.  SRW is not a director of any other company, but SJP is also a director of Simtre Pool Ltd (076972088); Dixon Security Ltd; Pension Exchange Ltd (07737981); Mtl Plant (UK) Ltd; Mtl Scaffolding (UK) Ltd.

Zippy Marketing Ltd (ZML) is registered at: Paradise Farm Stud (PFS), Higher Shaftesbury Road, Blandford Forum, Dorset, DT11 8LD.  The Companies House registration states that the nature of the ZML business is "Financial Intermediation not elswhere classified".  I phoned the PFS main phone number and was sworn at when I mentioned ZML, so I thought I must have touched a raw nerve. My main aim is to start a full investigation by the Finacial Services Authority (FSA).

So, fellow detectives, do you have any evidence to use against this whole pension scam business, and hopefully get some criminal charges brought against these people.  All I want is to stop the contamination of my phone text inbox, but after more that two years, it would be good to see some justice done.

Oh ok, sorry to hear that I thought they had just been sending you text messages? Sounds like you have had a bad experience with pension locator. I know there annoying though I get loads of the PPI ones and debt ones all the time from various places.
