I just had a cold call from Amber Crest - and their website is back up.

I am intrigued as I haven't seen any previous posts from  you on this site how you have made the connection to what after all is an acropolis whinge site which very latterly has had posts about amber crest.

Of course I am presuming you are not already an investor with either Morgan Forbes or Acorpolis? Or surely they wouldn't be daft enough to cold call an old client?

Interested in your take on that.

Please communicate with all forums you are connected with to get this out there. There is a chance we will get money back from Nascimento ppersonally now but we need to stop his activities so that the pot of investors doesn't get any bigger.

How did you find out that information? What makes you think he has any money to pay investors back with, I suspect he will have been shrewd enough to protect his personal monies from that sort of thing.

Yea, you are right should have red gamblers not investors i was just pandering to previous mailer who thinks any money will get recovered. Not a hope I would say.

Icant say too much more about it because I dont want to wreck the investigation but its been going on for monthe. Enoiugh people have complained that they are taling it very seriously. We now need to get enough people writing on the forums about Naceimento's latest scam to stop him conning more people woith Paragon Private Wealth

Well maybe you could furnish everyone with the contact details of the officials involved to enable all those who want to further level a complaint to add weight to their investigation.

It must be said about investigations etc,what actions do the authorities ever take against these people,tony hetherington placed the fsa in the right direction a long time ago,but they still manage to crawl out of the woodwork.

Just had call today from a female at amber crest investment. Asked for me by name. I told her that he doesn't live here and to stop calling. Have seen through what has been posted so am just adding to the fact that they are still active, although i have not and will not part with anymoney. Just wish them and people like them would stop cold calling even though am registered with TPS.

Not willing to give out police details. More complaints will just slow down the investigation. Agree withBarclay Scott it seems these people never get caught. Im confident this time there will be a result. Portuguese move slowly but once it starts they dont give up. This guys going down.

Getting fed up with this Amber Crest Investments keep phoning and pestering every day now for a week. Keep saying not interested but keep hassling!
