Amber Crest now have an active strike off proposal against them. So didn't take too long to get them shut down.

However the director Tyler Jackson, who is registered as a director on behalf of Michael Nascimento, has had a company called Berkeley Brooke's registered in his name. I can't seem to find a website for this company so it could be a back up for when Amber Crest are shut down.

Interestingly the strike off proposal is via a DS01 form. One of the conditions for which is:

"The company must not have traded, carried on business or changed its name in the past three months previous to filing the DS01 form."

As for the dodgy DS01, looks like we'll have to send another email of to the Insolvency Service, Companies House and FSA.

Although your post was a while ago now I just hope you are reading this forum still.

In your post you spoke of contacting Michael and him answering all your questions, I would challenge to try and do that again right now, as it appears he has disappeared along with the Morgan Forbes website being suspended. So if as you say you invested in the hotel project and pearl island you have lost out twice.

Of course you may have been a plant all along to try to stabilise the situation given the bad comments in this forum.

So I pose the question to all who are reading this forum, who knows where Nascimento is cos it doesn't matter how much evidence or investigation takes place without someone to prosecute all might be n vain.

The authorities may need help.!

Simliar to the post above, I think you also may be a plant to try and stop people formally complaining, I have never heard such rubbish as authorities not being informed by others so as not to hold up their investigations.

It seems very strange that you are happy to tell everyone they are under investigation but not share who by or any other details that may help.

morgan forbes UK was dissolved because it had no function. Money is supposed to be held with Morgan Forbes International

whilst I am not sure you are wrong in exacting terms, in as much that legally they might be, but my question was do you think they are carrying out the same function?, even though I didn't realise I needed to put it that way.

I assume you are either an investor who is holding a candle that this will trun out ok, or an insider trying to smooth over the troibled waters.
