Sanda called me today and the lady was very good at extracting info on my back and shoulder injuries. She never asked me for cash but was pushing Rosex for my ailments. No doubt I shall look forward to further calls from them now that they have my medical symptoms. I will keep you posted.

These people are very persistent and it took me 25 minutes to tell an Asian guy (called Kenneth Hill - I don't think so) to ring back AFTER I have my physiotherapy. I think I've only delayed it until Xmas by saying I'm out of the country, but I believe that the product is a genuine one, though it might not work and although it's pressure sales, I'm pretty certain it's NOT a scam. Though I would NOT give my bank details to them or anybody else who cold calls.

I have just had a lengthy call from a lady called Elizabeth from Sanda Wellness who said she was conducting a health awareness survey.  She managed to obtain the fact that I had a touch of osteo-arthritis in my fingers and continued to try to sell me Rosex which I would be offered at a special price for one month but would need to take it for a period of 12 to 14 month to see any real benefits.  I explained to her that I would never give any of my financial details over the phone and as I was a pensioner I could not afford the sum of money she was discussing.  I dont know if this is a scam but having read the comments on this site I must say I would be very worried.  No doubt I will get a repeat call = which will be a waste of time on their part.

I had a call from Elizabeth today. She said she was conducting a wellness survey. She was on the phone for 15 minutes before she mentioned the 'special offer' of £17.50 for Rosex. I would never buy any form of tablet - natural or not - over the phone. How do you know what you're getting? If you're a pensioner, go and get a free prescription from your GP if they feel you need to take a supplement. If not, do what I do and shop around. THIS IS A MONEY GRABBING SCAM.
I've already been on the phone to my elderly mother and warned her not to be harrassed into buying from this company. Yes, it is harrassment. Please do your family, friends and neighbours and favour and warn them all to say no to these people. No reputable company would cold call and ask for money.

You are very lucky!!!... I got a call from Sanda Wellness and purchased Rosex in May, I was in good health at the time and thought they would keep me feeling well.  After taking the supplement I became very ill. Stopped them in June and I've still not recovered.  Missed the summer months as I was to ill and couldn't do the things I enjoy like, dancing, swimming, gardening, and walking. My doctor said it was something in the tablet. "So don't tell me to shut the hell up," I want to warn people that they are not suitable for everyone. It cost me £150.00  I've written a letter and sent an email to Sanda a month ago but they have yet to reply. That tells you what kind of company you're dealing with!!!

i received a long phonecall on 28th from Sybil with an indian accent, also about the benefits of taking rosehip syrup with 800mg of gopo seed extract to help with my joint pain for rheumatoid arthritis, the call came at a particularily  bad time for me as i have been very unwell for the past 5 week, Sybil kept calling me love and was chatting for a good 45 minutes, i am ashamed to say that i parted with my debit card details,i was then passed over to a male who continued to chat about the benifits of rosehip syrup, i was told that i would need to take it for 1 year and if i bought 16 pts with 60 tablets in each i would get 8 pts free to make it up to the years supply, i would have to take 2 tablets a day and he would contact me each month to see how things were going, the total cost was £244 00.
As soon as i had committed myself to this i started to worry and think what a fool i had been. This morning i contacted the company and cancelled my order, they have told me i will get a full refund into my bank account, i hope this is true, so far the money has not been taken out and i hope that it won't be.
Please beware of this company i am 63 and feel so foolish, there sales patter is to befriend you and work on your vulnerabilities

I have just had a 20 minute conversation with "Donna", who claimed to be speaking from ActiveLife.  Eventually she started to sell me "Pomy", giving me the Sanda Wellness Address and Telephone number, but whilst speaking to her, I had also looked up on the web and found your site. I ended the call. I wish I knew how these people get our numbers.....

I first wrote a nice, meaningful paragraph. After reading many complaints, I have thought about it, and Im going to be quite blunt about my message.

While being a carer for my grandfather, I had noticed him recieveing extra tablets which were not given by the GP or any other Doctor.
I asked him about it, and told me he purchased the medicine from Sanda Wellbeing. I thought fair enough, I'd let him continue to do it. At first, it was perfectly fine, reasonable prices at first.

After a few purchases, nothing to expensive. One of the Sanda Wellbeing team phoned, and offered a bundle deal.. Not that my grandfather would need any of the items suggested, but you know what they're like at Sanda Wellbeing, They'd generally go through the benefits of such tablets and lay it on thick for a sale.  After 30 minutes talking, they offered the bundle at over £500, and that was a 3 month supply, however their 3 month supply generally lasts half of that.

After a few months, I had noticed things becoming a little more "fishy", More fishy then the £500 bundle, Sanda Wellbeing had tried to arrange several different visits to my grandfathers, supposively suggesting to go through a list of products they offer, and what benefits they'd do for him.
Of course, being elderly, it doesn't take a genius that he's going to have joint problems, as well as other problems coming on.

He refused after me and several other family members had suggested not too go over board on anything like that.

After this, Sanda Wellbeing had been phoning 2-5 times a day, during the week. Putting pressure on the Elderly to just give in, which I find is very poor to even let something like this happen in the UK.
Also, after being beat down one last time, they phoned the next day to offer more tablets.

The last straw had been pulled, after all, they've taken nearly £2000 Over the years, and due to the tough times, my grandfather cannot go on anymore wasting money, and he has come to the decission on leaving the service.

When leaving the "service" if you can call it that, I was spoken too very poorly. Where my Grandfather is hard of hearing, and isn't really able to stand up for himself anymore, I was the one who cancelled it for him. His own decision.
When phoned, the 2nd time within two hours... I had to simply say that He was no longer interested in this service no more, sadly the response I got was not as polite as the people trying to help him out in the past with their great bundle packages. The member of Sanda Wellbeings was very disrespectful, and was unwilling to leave without a fight.

Obviously, this isn't right at all.. The phone call, as well as past encounters. So, if you cannot get them to stop calling, I suggest getting in contact with Trading Standards. Make sure you tell them that first, theyll run a mile and their last words should be "Have a nice day"

My mum bought the rosehip and other products for a while, it was all fine but then suddenly 3 fraudulent credit card transactions appeared from the area where sanda is based. Best not give bank details over the phone to anyone. Some thieves have nice websites, some have British accents too FYI.

I got a call today from this number from a man called John Davies.  He had an Indian accent and searching on the internet I found a statement from East Riding NHS who have investigated Sanda Wellness and found it originates in India although they say they are based in Bucks.  He tried to sell me Rosex and requested my credit card details.  When I refused and said I would call the company if I wanted to purchase anything he kept ringing me until I told him to stop hassling me.

I too had, out of the blue, a call from Sandell Wellbeing at 9.30 am today. The gentleman had an Indian accent and said that he knew I lived in Bristol and started to ask questions about my medical conditions.  I do suffer with rheumatoid arthritis, which is very well controlled by prescribed immuno suppresant drugs.  After about 20 minutes, it became clear to me that the conversation was being steered towards me agreeing to purchase a product called Rosex, which I was told would actually deal with the underlying cause of my condition, rather than just dealing with the symptoms.  I have had a number of serious medical problems during my life and always make sure I fully research my conditions.  I became sceptical about the motive behind the call and hung up.  The phone immediately rang again. Although I answered, no one spoke, although I could hear in the background sounds which seemed to me to suggest a call centre.  As a result of this call, if I do decide to try taking a rose hip supplement, I will do so after doing my own research and will purchase from a supplier I know I can trust and without having to give any card details over the phone.

I have just received a call from Sanda Wellbeing.  As above the call was quite lengthy asking questions and giving advice which was quite in order.  I did not give card details and they are going to send me an invoice.  I declined the multi offers of Rosex  going for two months supply plus one free.  Meanwhile I shall compare prices with other suppliers and Holland & Barratt.  I have read very good reports about this product so am willing to give it a try.
I think natural products are a very good thing but these are sales people and so try to obtain as large an order as possible.

My mother (who is in her 70's and suffers from MS) has just been caught by them. They called her and persuaded her to 'try' a sample for £15 to cover postage and packing. This was taken from her account. A few days later they then took £999.99 and subsequently delivered a large batch of un-ordered tablets. Her card company states that as she had already placed an order with them there is nothing they can do. My mother is naturally very upset and embarressed about this. EVERYBODY, call your parent (s), uncles, aunts if they are even likely to fall for this scam by these scum.

I have now been on to consumer direct http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Governmentcitizen ... ights/DG_183048

If you or a relative has been scammed by these people then call them, they are extremely helpful and are looking out for the consumer. If there are enough complaints against this compay they will pass it on to the OFT and get them shut down (again). If all that happens is moaning on line they are free to carry on. Obviously, if you are happy and have been treated well don't cmplain just to get money back as it detracts from genuine complaints.
