- RITA replies to Adam CraigHERE, HERE. I VE REPORTED THEM AS WELL, AS THEY HAVE TAKEN 1000.00 FROM MY FATHER IN 3 MONTHS
- AlfHad a call from them just now, tried to say it was a national survey campaign.... then as per other entries.... the message got steered to Pomegra capsules and their benefits.... i was given dosage details etec etc and even an order number (they already had my address details), then right at the end was asked for my CC details.... LUCKILY I'D FOUND THIS WEB PAGE, so a big THANK YOU to everyone taking the time to post.
As an aside, I now know who keeps ringing on an almost daily basis! (this is the 1st time I've actually spoken to them. normally my wife answers and says I'm at work, i do work from home!) ....... I also wonder why they're phoning, I'm registered on the Telephone Preferece Scheme and "Wellbeing" have never had my permission to call so they're acting illegally on that level as well.- Caller: Sanda Wellbeing

- Stewart Campbell| 2 repliesMy Gran received a phone call from these scammers yesterday. As a Clinical Pharmacologist, I'm deeply disturbed by this scam. They could be putting anything into this so called medication, and since the elderly are being targeted, it's highly likely that whatever rubbish they're putting into it could strongly interact with their other medication. They spent nearly an hour getting her to buy these tablets.
They seemed to know that my Gran is on Warfarin, and yet they still sold her 'Active Lifestyle'. Thankfully, they only took £50 (although this is still a lot of money) before she went to the bank right away to change her details. I've contacted the police about this, but they've told me that they'll only intervene once Trading Standards confirms that there has been criminal activity.
I would suggest that if anyone or their relatives get a call from these mongrels, they go to trading standards right away.- Caller: Sanda Wellness
- silvercoin replies to Stewart Campbell| 1 replyIs there a way that you or your colleagues can analyse these so called medications as prescribed by Sanda wellness? I too was conned into buying RoseX for my osteo artheritis. Still have them but won't take any more of their calls (I have caller display on my phone). Surely the way to put their sales patter to the test is for someone with the know-how to challenge them by testing the substances.
- lady replies to silvercoinI have just has Alisha on the phone tonight There was a long conversation but I continued to listen to all the benifits of Rosex The caller was very polite and eventually asked for my bank card number The red lights flashed with me at this stage as I would never disclose this over the phone
I said I would discuss this with my husband but she tried hard to convince me that my health was all that mattered She is going to phone me back tomorrow but did say she hoped I would not let her down as she did not have to cheat anyone out of the £15.00 needed to buy the pills
Thank goodness I foungd this web site in time Tomorrow I will be very blunt and say a definite NO - janiceJust recieved a call from this number but finishing with75 how can I stop it

- Helen50| 1 replyHaving just found out about this company i am disgusted and appalled at the way in which they conduct themselves. I have just found out today that my father has had a year of harrassment from this so called reputable company. They have had over a thousand pound from my fathers account which he supposedly consented to but i would use the word " bullied."
I have confronted them about there product and there method of diagnosis over the phone.
My father was passed from one person to another and eventually ended up with four types of vitamins at a cost of £400 on one occassion. These people have been contacting him every 3 months and wont stop until they have spoken to him, he even went for a walk just to get away from the phone ringing,he is 82 years old, what right do these people have to do this to my father. i have spoken to a customer sevice representative and informed her if there is no refund of my fathers money by friday i shall be taking legal advice and submitting everything i can find about these rip off merchants to the paper.
My advice is to stay clear of this company.- Caller: sanda wellbeing
- rita replies to Helen50all you have said has happened to my father, i am in despair . i have actually now done exactly the same as you, but they have already gleaned over 1000.00 fromhis bank account. he has a sytock pile of full boxes in sliding wardrobes of these unneccesary pills and potions, in fact i pointed out to them it would be dangerous for him to take them, seeing as he has medical conditions.THESE PEOPLE MUST BE STOPPED AND NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- TriciaI have just been called and spoke to a man called Anthony about Pommy, he asked a lot of questions, told me how young I sounded, he was very nice, i got passed to another person called Sam she was also very nice and kind, and they wanted my back details to take out £15.00, i told them I did not give over the phone Sam told me they do not keep details of my acount, she would phone me each month and if I wanted to order more tablets I would have to give my details again, I told her again I did not give my number over the phone to which she said I did not trust her and she would not get rich on £15.00, she would lose her job and she has a family to look after, she even told me she would phone me for the next seven days untill I recieved the tablets, in the end I wished her well and had to say good buy, I hoe it is the last I hear from them. I am not sure if it is a scam I have been on there web sit but could not get passed the first page, as I work for social services I here about people getting take in by these's types of calls and lose a lot of money, if the product is so good they should be on sale in the health shops so please do not give your bank details out over the phone.

- Tina replies to MarmiteHi,
I have just had a call from the same number as you and thanks to reading what you had put down I very easily could of been scammed. I told him I was not interested in his conversation or what he was telling me and I put the phone down on him. I have now had about 10 calls and each time I just hang up on them and it's thanks to reading this that I didn't continue with the call. - Porky PigThat scam or whatever is generated by your GPs, the NHS and the Hospitals, ie. those who say they care for you. So wake up ! I am suffering as well but I am not foolish...The scammers are around you. Get rid if them if you can...

- harriet| 2 repliesMy father received a phone call from sandawellbeing and they have managed to get his credit card details and they are continually selling him healthproducts ie rosex and prostate tables, and the amount of between £160 to £299. We have no idea how many tables he ever receives.
If you look at their website you can find no prices or products so you are purchasing blind. My father is almost 93 years of age and is a vunerable man. Having read all the comments they are really good at the con. I am going to report them to the Trading Standards. they should be closed down for bad practise's.- Caller: Sandawellbeing.com

- Nan replies to harriet| 1 replyChange your father's credit card a.s.a.p.to stop these people taking any more of his money. Because of his age and vulnerability it might be a thought to contact Action Fraud and see if they can offer any advice. The Fraud Department of the Credit Card company may also be able to help. Good Luck.
- harriet replies to Nanmany thanks for your good advice. Have contacted the trading std. and they have advised that we write to them and advise that goods will be sent back for a full refund, and letter has to be recorded delivery. So Im on the case, also I will do as you suggested and contact Dads c/c company and see if they can help. Will keep you posted on outcome.
- verity| 1 replySanda Wellness calls my friend (in her nineties) multiple times per day, beginning at 09.30 & carrying on until 16.30hrs. In their last call to her ( a young male calling himself "Kevin Walter") the caller asked her to provide the last 3 digits on her Visa Card so they could "check her details" - even though she was not buying anything. When she said she didn't have it with her he wanted her to look in her handbag. She only got rid of him by saying she was going out.
When I answered the 'phone & asked if I could take a message, he said he was ringing for "feedback" because my friend had bought their cod liver oil capsules. When I asked for more details about the company he hung up on me!
My friend is now wary of answering the 'phone & missing genuine calls because she doesn't want to speak to these harassing scammers.- Caller: Sanda Wellbeing UK
- Richard replies to verityI have had a success with this company. They do not comply with UK selling laws because they don't notify you in WRITING of the mandatory cooling off period. This extends the returns period to 3 months and 7 days (UK consumer direct). So, if your parent, relative or yourselves are within this time return the goods registered after taking a photo of the packed goods. Then call them up and demand your money back or you will be in contact with consumer direct. They will say it is not their company policy, doesn't matter!! They are operating in the UK so must follow UK laws. I was eventually offered 50% (£500.00) but I refused saying I would be straight off the phone to consumer direct. The full amount was credited to my mothers account minus £15.00. I had a lot of help from consumer direct in this so use them! ACT FAST before the 3 month window closes!
- Lesley Rose| 1 replyI received a phone call from a firm called Sanda Wellness, Buckinghamshire. I was first talking to a lady called Joyce Sernandes. They started to tell me about Rosehip Syrup tablets which they said would help my aches and pains. After about half a hours conversation I, unfortunately was persuaded to purchase some of these at a lower price of £14.95, total in all of £95.20. I unfortunately gave them my card number. They also mentioned the name of Trevor Prince who was suppose to be a Director of this organisation.
I was upset afterwards that I had done this and the next day phoned them to cancel the order. Spoke to an indian gentleman who said the order had already been sent out. I did not believe him and have still not received the order. I repeated that I wanted to stop the order and asked him if it could be tracked on the computer. He replied no. The telephone number he gave me was 02086190075- Caller: Sanda Wellness Centre, Buckinghamshire
- Nan replies to Lesley RoseOrders placed over the phone are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. This gives you a 7 day cooling off period. Speak to CAB/Consumer Direct (they are all one now) and tell them what has happened. They will advise you. If the parcel does arrive do not open it.
- amanda stokes| 1 replya Indian male who said his name was David hill who knew of all of my medications that i take on a regular basis , tried to sell me rosex when i said i wasn't interested in giving out my bank details over the phone he became angry and rude ...... reading all these comments makes me glad i didn't . someone should stop these scammers ... they pray on vulnerable people

- Judith Emm replies to amanda stokesYesterday I received a very similar call from a lady who said she was called Matilda from Sandawellness in Buckinghamshire. I now feel absolutely stupid! She must have caught me at a 'bad moment' whilst I was having a brainstorm or something equally daft. I have always known I shouldn't give card details to callers over the phone - why on earth did I do it? The cost was £65.30 - so it could have been worse!. I really would have liked to stop the transaction but my bank says I cannot do that. Only the company concerned - Sandawellness - can do that. Whats the best course of action for me now? This morning I have cancelled my debit card but my bank told me that the transaction is pending at the moment.
