As you say, the Goa connection would take some explaining.  Sanda seems to have been operating longest so perhaps it is ex employees from there who knew a good scam when they saw one.  I was talking to our local Pharmacist (part of a large group) earlier in the week and they had never heard of the PIS.  There don't seem to have been any posts for a while so nothing more to go on.  BTW our favourite "Reverand" seems to have popped his clogs according to Plastered John.  The whole thread has now been removed by Site Admin!!

I think the lack of posts on that PIS indicates there is nowhere left for them to go - even they cannot argue against the facts and bad reports that are stacking up against them. In relation to Reverend Davenport - I managed to find the thread - it is still there, but missing a number of pages since the last time I saw it. The thread can be viewed here: https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/02079882212476/3

Have you noticed it is now getting incredibly difficult to Google whocallsme results with the companies/individual's name and get a result listing?. It's almost as if whocallsme entrees have been buried under google's search criteria - which is going to be a real shame as a lot more people can be potentially scammed if they cannot see warnings and complaints against companies when Googling them.

Lets hope you are right about PIS certainly you had posted enough factual information to bury them.  I know what you mean about the Google searches.  There have been a number of posts on here saying there have been changes.  Lets hope that it doesn't lead to too many people missing out on information to help them avoid the conmen and scammers.   With regard to the other point. I think I put in one wrong digit (Doh!).  There was a post saying the Rev had died and they were going to see about a Nationwide minutes silence!!!  This was followed by several totally sickmaking fulsome posts, all within a few minutes, about said Rev.  I pointed out that he was more likely to have been removed because of his liking for alcohol!  Then I reported all the doubtful posts to Site Admin, so they obviously didn't like them and removed them.

Brilliant - i love the idea of a Nationwide minutes silence, they really do take themselves far too seriously. When did all these revelations take place? I'm sure I saw a post not too long ago on here where someone had complained their mother was asked to kneel and repeat the words 'the council were merciful' ad infinitum - which sounds like these loonies.

The posts in question were only a couple of weeks ago.  The one about the person's mother was a few months ago and I am not sure if it was on the same number, but that lot used a few fake numbers.

I was called by Sanda Wellbeing and sent a free sample of Pomegranate Tablets.  I refused to give my credit card details over the phone and have been plagued by calls from them ever since.  Just say "NO" and put the phone down!

I have received numerous calls from these people who kept telling me how much better I would feel if I took RosyVit.  To get rid of them I said I would have 1 pack to try for £14.95.  next thing they have taken £95.65 from my bank account.  I did receive the tablets, but sent them straight back. I am still waiting for the refund they promised. I got in touch with my bank in case they would start taking out more.   Today I have tried to ring the company, but as soon as I started to tell them about waiting for a refund they put the phone down. I am 79 and these calls are a big nuisance( to put it mildly)  Beware if anyone starts calling you "love"!!

what substantiated evidence you have, to advocate our company as criminal ? and indeed if we are vultures then why the hell do people give their card nos to us over the phone ??
Secondly, before you accuse of targeting vulnerable people,  I wander why British society only starts worrying about their parents or grand parents when monies are concerned ?? Nobody cares in our English culture for our parents or grand parents to stay with our own family??

Look at Asian or especially Indian culture you will hardly find parents or grand parents in care homes, because you do not value your parents or grand parent's and asians definitely do more

    so grow up

A fascinating response 'Sandy' and one that I found very revealing.

There is not a single word you can publish on this site that will convince anyone to trust your company - I'm afraid the reports on this web site are just too damning for you to ignore or even overcome. The dignified thing to do would be to accept this and move on. Trying to justify your actions through a skewed perception of 'how "our English culture" treats their elderly relatives' was a brave but stupid move that has ultimately backfired in a spectacular fashion. No credible or professional company would publish such an insensitive, sweeping statement on a website that contains countless posts from people concerned about the well-being of an elderly relative. You are a joke and you cannot even defend this company properly - you have just made you and this company look even more foolish!

This company are now operating under the name of "Your Lifestyle" - same old deal - they spoof UK telephone numbers and have mailing addresses based in the UK.  These unscrupulous companies prey on naive, vulnerable and elderly people, getting them to commit to hundreds if not thousands of pounds worth of supplements that have no benefit for them whatsoever. They try to establish if their victims suffer from dementia or Alzheimer - purely because they have had greater success in scamming these people out of thousands of pounds in the past. The previous chairman of Sanda Wellbeing (one of the most prolific scammers in this field) - a Mr Patel - was previously exposed for trying to defraud the NHS. All of these companies - Sanda Wellbeing, Elbon Wellbeing, Your Lifestlye, Vitabeing and Natura Healthcare appear interconnected. They rely on heavy handed sale practices to peddle their junk and should not be trusted under any circumstances. Please have a look at the following links to read up on these companies and their dubious business practices.

My mother has been getting approximately  2 calls a day and had been pretending to be someone else not the householder as she knew they would go on until she bought the product.
My mum is 82 and was told if she takes the product for 7 years she will be pain free ( if she makes another 7 years) and the man who sold her them told the lovely story of his "granny" who is fit as a fiddle now.
my mother kept saying no, but the call went on for almost an hour. She was then offered a trial for £2 which she agreed to and if she liked them she would get 8 months supply? Naively she gAve her card details and a large parcel arrives a few days later with the 8 months supply and £198 charge. Absolutely disgusting. On the back of the letter it also states that if she returns them she will be charged a further £10 for administration.
Please do not try and defend your company who cold calls specifically elderly ill people and effectively bullies them into buying. They say no and you just keep on with the sales pitch. Older people generally have a lot of respect and don't like just slamming the phone down.
My mum took the letter and tablets to her arthritis consultant who duly photocopied the letter and is going to investigate this as there is nothing in these tablets that is proven to elliviate  symptoms.
I'm awaiting a call back and intend to contact my local paper to run a story on this as most elderly people don't go online for information but read it in the paper.
If someone wants double glazing, a conservatory or indeed health supplements they will do their upmost to go out and look for the best deal. Not wait for a cold calling salesperson to bully them into buying.

Well said Kathleen, notice how this company do not even bother trying to defend their company or their actions on this site anymore? They understand we all know they are parasitic fraudsters operating out of India and that they will lie and cheat to scam the elderly and vulnerable out of whatever money they have got. Do continue to complain about this company and get the local newspapers and what other authorities involved, they may not wish to communicate to us through this site anymore, but they hate people escalating their concerns through higher authorities.

I am posting this because a cold call was received by my father from Vitabeing mid Jan 2015.
This call was not requested by my father who has dementia and is 80 years of age.
The caller persuaded my father to buy goods to the value of £389.95 and emptied his account of that sum on the 16th Jan 2015, that's a lot of pills!
Because of his Dementia my father didn't even remember the phone call had happened until he couldn't retrieve any money from his bank account because Vitabeing had taken it all.

Although I have requested on 3 occasions a full refund as yet the money has not been returned nor have the tablets arrived.

The website quotes a 21 day return policy, so I expect that to be adhered too with immediate affect. The products have not yet arrived and I'm not holding my breath on either count

After reading earlier & similar situations this appears a very common thread

The operations Manager for this scum outfit is a MR Dinesh Dsouza (or D'souza) - have a look at his facebook profile here:

    https://www.facebook.com/dinesh.dsouza1977

He posts (perhaps without any irony whatsoever) on December 2012 "People who do all wrong things are forgiven, and people who are honest and true are always punished in this world."

In his very next post he announces he has started work as an operations manager for Vitabeing!

In case Dinesh thinks he can just delete his profile, I've also included a more permanent link to his photo here:

    http://tinypic.com/r/29xdrw1/8

These people have no qualms about ruthlessly scamming elderly and vulnerable people - often those with dementia - out of hundreds or thousands of pounds. Therefore I think it is only fair they should be exposed for the parasitic scum they are. Their Gods will forever condemn them and their family name will forever be tainted by their actions.

Vitabeing's website has a contact email of sandy@wellness2020.co.uk - There is a registered company called wellness2020 with a MS MANJARI VARGIVANE listed as their director. She describes her occupation as 'sales' and she 'lived' in London according to her Google profile, but now resides in Bombay, and this company has a registered address of 75 COURTENAY AVENUE, HARROW, MIDDLESEX, UNITED KINGDOM HA3 6LJ. She also was a director or company secretary for RAWJI IMPEX LIMITED who have a registered address of: 8 ST. CUTHBERTS GARDENS, PINNER, MIDDLESEX  ENGLAND, HA5 4JE a company that describes it's services as 'website mail order'. Interestingly there is a company named RAWJI EXPOTS with a registered address of Gulabi House, 4th Floor 111/115, Kazi Syed Street, Mumbai - 400003, India (phone (91)-(22)-3448769) who describe their business activities as exporters of spices and food products.

A Mr Salil Patankar, originally from Mumbai, but who now lives in London, has also been director/secretary to these companies, but according to his Facebook profile he is the proud owner or MD of Vitabeing. He is indeed a busy man as he also runs a company named ProActive who describe their business as "Tax Planning-Mitigation. Serving Interests of our Clients and Not the Taxman." He is allegedly based in Ruislip, Middlesex. He describes himself as a "member of the Freemasons Charity and a strong believer in NOTHING VENTURED NOTHING GAINED." You can contact Salil Patankar on 01895 677 865 or on his mobile number: 07956 479094. His office addresses are: 100 Greystoke Drive, Ruislip, Middx HA4 7YW or 97 Drummond Drive, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 3PH. I would suggest if any one of you or your family have been scammed by this company do go straight to the top and speak directly with Salil. He may be a little surprised to hear from you at first, but I'm sure he'll be very interested to hear what you have to say. Have a look at his accountants website here: http://www.proactiveconsultancy.com/ - there's a fabulous page devoted to accountant jokes....strangely I could not find a joke containing the punchline of a crooked accountant being complicit in a vicious overseas scam that preys on elderly, vulnerable UK citizens and defrauds them out of thousands of pounds. I wonder if Salil's professional contacts would be impressed if they found out about his involvement in Vitabeing? I wonder how his idol Boris Johnson would react?

More details about Salil can be gleaned from some of the links below. Remember - this guy is personally profiteering from your elderly relatives being tricked and scammed, so do feel free to ask for a refund and compensation!

Interesting - Salil Patankar also has links with another scam health supplements company - Elbon Wellbeing. See this link below (look on the right hand side of the page to see fellow 'co-worker' Salil Patankar mentioned).

    http://www.companydirectorcheck.com/charles-damian-boniface-avileli-2

Salil Patankar briefly was the director of (now dissolved) company called Elbon Holidays.

The directors behind Elbon Wellbeing - Charles Damian Boniface Avileli and Elvino Francisco De Souza are both based in Goa, India.

More proof that all of these scam companies are interconnected.

Phoned a daughter of an elderly lady today after her daughter was being harassed on the phone while I was working in her premises.
Turns out she has been buying Pomy and Rosex for months from this lot  and had just given her card details before I could stop her.
Hopefully her daughter will take my advice of going into bank and contacting trading standards and police.
Bit of digging shows it's the same company and directors again under a different name.
