Agree with you Rookey and disagree with mr john young. It took sometime but I did receive the refund in the end. Everytime i called they spoke really politely and guaranteed to pay back the refund.

Whatever you do, do not give your card details over the phone to someone who has phoned you and is trying to sell you something.  I own a Health Shop and sell Rosehip 90 capsules 750mg strength for £8.20.  One of my elderly customers has been into my shop today.  She has been targetted by Health Expert Wellness Centre from this phone number and spoke to a 'lovely' man who chatted casually for ages about his children and his labrador etc etc (presumably to make her feel he was nice!)  and eventually talked her into buying 30 Rosehip tablets 800mg for £14.39.  Sadly she gave him her card details and they have taken approx £240 from her account.  She is really distressed and can't believe how silly she has been.  She has been to the bank and closed her account and has also reported the matter to the Police who are investigating.  Any ethical company would not do this.  Cold calling elderly people is just wrong.

Sandwellbeing are deliberately targeting the elderly and vulnerable. They announce themselves as calling from the "Health Centre". They chat away about general health issues, show friendly concern, until they find one to focus on and then pursue a large sale. They transfer calls between individuals which helps to build credibility and confuse the target. DO NOT use them. They are a truly insidious and invidious group.

They are also active on boards and forums such as this trying to cover and mislead potential clients by posting positive remarks. Beware...

Initially it seemed like a cold call just for sales purpose. I thought they were troubling my mother by giving her calls and pressurising her. But, I was soo wrong.
My mother who was suggested the right supplements for her age old joint pains. She is doing well and made me realise that it was a trustworthy company.

This company is FAKE! Its a CALL CENTRE in INDIA which makes calls to UK customers to convince them to buy their products. They have no authorization from the NHS to sell products like this over the phone. We should fight back this scam to save our lives.

Its not a fake company since I have dealt personally with them. The products are satisfactory and reasonable than the ones which are available in the shops outside. I have visited the company and most of the times buy products directly.

My mum has just been charged £256 for 20 boxes of rosehip tablets from Sanda wellbeing Ltd when she thought she was ordering 1 box for £12.95. Has anyone been able to get any money back from this company? Who should I report this to?

It would have surely done good to you if you would have tried it for your bad joints. When i got a call it wasnt much regarding just selling products but was about health and how one can maintain it in todays life (lifestyle). If i would not have got a call from sandawellbeing I would be unaware of the various products and my health updates too.

i have been called relentlessly by an indian sounding woman from he same company, who passed me to her product supervisor saying that pomegranate skin was good for gallstones. I then questioned this man as to whether he was a doctor or not and he replied he was! he said his name was Ben Rodgers and he tried any trick he could to get me to hand over my bank details. i was unfortunately (for him) looking up sanda wellness on the Internet and i have hung up on him. i fully intend on giving him a right earful should he ring me back. this is the third time i have been called by this company

yea -  positively praising the benefits of rosehip - no ones arguing with that - its the rip-off price they are charging  vulnerable people! they should be ashamed.

No, I dont agree with you on this issue. I have read the articles and some magazines too of this company. I dont think they would cheat or misguide people by charging higher prices. I have checked with the local shops and would suggest you to do so. Compare the prices and will realize how much is the difference.

I have been pestered by this company for some weeks now, although I belong to the telephone preference group. The woman called Anna announced herself as calling from my local welfare centre, insuating that they were approaching all pensioners with an offer to be involved in research for natural pain relief. She seemed o know quite a lot about my medical history, which is unnerving. When she tried to sell me rosex, I stated that I would not buy until I had spoken to my GP. She then went to great lengths to tell me that I did not need to do this, as the product is totally natural, and would not interfere with prescribed medicines. At this point I became suspicious and hung up. I would not give my Card Details to any company that cold calls, especially one sounding foreign.

I ordered 2 months rosehip from sandawellbeing. After it was delivered I realised it was too much for  2 months. I gave them a call and asked as to how much they have sent me. They said it was for 4months. I said I wouldnt require it for soo long. The caller directly said that he would send someone in a day or two to collect the product with the refund money. Thought he was jus trying to be good on the phone and would not look into the matter. But I was wrong and within two days I got a person from the company to take it away and pay back.
