Dear Bob, I cannot comment on the quality of the health products BUT Be very careful with this company, they will scam you if they can. DO NOT give them your cc/bank details. They will charge your account 10x what they quote you over the phone. DO Not use Sandawellbeing, Sandawellness too many people have been swindled by these Indian swindlers

They exist but they scam money by charging for an order many times greater than you expect. My Mother was billed for £289 when she thought she was paying 28.90. They refused to refund. Links you might find usefull...

Your company's focus on customer service is a breath of fresh air. You have earned a loyal customer.
One great benefit I've noticed on your products is an improvement in athletic performance. I am a very avid bicycle athlete and spend an average of 12 hours a week riding/training and do several off-road races every year, which due to pain had reduced.
Since taking rosex I have enjoyed a marked improvement in joints…..I generally feel stronger and more consistent. These have been rather unexpected benefits as I didn't see anything on the web site regarding athletic performance. Everything else was unchanged - diet, sleep, etc - so I'm pretty sure I have the sandawellbeing products to thank.

Got a call from a Sandawellbing Co. a lady phonimg from Kent. All about Pomey-how good it was. wanted to sell me a first sample at  £14.50p on my credit card. the comany appears to have at least four address bases in Uk and appears to sell through  some form of franshise. i don't know if the product is any good or not as they can't send me any back up lierature- as most helth care sales do, they have now sent me a pro-forma invoice for their sample. But I first inrend to  check out product in my local health store. No matter if the product is Ok or not the sales pitch is well polished. T.

Dear Thomas be very careful with this lot. Sandawellbing, AKA Sandawellness, have it would appear used many peoples bank/cc details fraudulently. They certainly target vulnerable people like my Mother and trick them into paying way too much. See above comments and the very revealing links posted earlier.

After the initial phone call talking to what seemed a very nice young man who said his name was Kirk told me his dad had diabetes as I have it, he was very freindly and seemed to care and in what i would call a lengthy phone call , asked for my date of birth and told me I did not sound 62 after what I thought was a compliment,  he went on to talk about  rosex tablets for arthritis which I thought I would try. But then I did something I have never done before and gave him my credit card details. He then put me on to a woman who he described in a medical term, She then tried to sell me 5 months worth at £150 I told her I could not afford that much but would try 1 box/ bottle of the tablets then she tried to sell me 2 boxes/bottles of the tablets but I said no I only wanted the 1 so then she said she was concerned about my weight and tried to sell me tablets for that saying she would have me slim and sexy for christmas (The way i feel it would take more than a few tablets to conquer that quest) By the way both these people had indian accents and it sounded like a lot of people in the background was there really people in the background or was it a recording? as soon as I put the Phone down alarm bells started ringing, i immediatly came on the computer and found all these messages some good but some bad I promptly rang my bank and they agreed it was best to cancel the card but they had already taken £20-39 out, and looking back the person named Kirk must have been claiming the money as the woman kept me talking.we shall see if I get he tablets or not.
Please beware of scams I thought I was savvy enough not to get caught out but it can happen to anyone

My 74 year old mum has just called me in tears as she has also been caught out by these guys. Apparantly, they knew she had arthrits and recommended Rosex to her. They kept her on the phone for almost an hour, even getting in a 'doctor' to talk about the benefits of the product and how it would change her life so much that my mum would probably end up sending the doctor a 'box of chocolates' to thank her!

Anyway, to get them off the phone, she agreed to try it for £14.99 (which apparently was at a discounted rate becuase she said she was such a lovely lady!) and handed over her card details (depsite us advising her never to do that). Anyway, the delivery came and it is for 10 months worth and she has been charged almost £150 inc p&p. I've tried both of the customer services numbers but keep getting through to answering machine.

Anybody got any advice as to how I can get a refund? And how can we stop this from happening again to another vulnerable parent/grandparent when they're on their own? I am so angry about this and really want to undersand how they get access to the health records of patients.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND WARN ANYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THEM.

I must tell you this: before taking your product I paid a visit to my doctor, total check up.I had pain in my joints to such an extent that for a week or so i had stopped walking. So the next day I started on the product. After one month, would you know, my pain was all gone and I was back on my toes without any trouble. Then I went back to my doctor. I think if he was a little older he would have had a heart attack. The man did not believe the result, so you know what, he sent me back to redo the test on his expense. I tell you, the man was just blown away, you know, all the time he was telling me to go on some drugs but I never like taking drugs and kept telling myself there must be another way."I have in the past taken similar products, but they all relied more on the power of advertising rather than on the potency of their products".

Jaryl from Sandawellbeing : you should be ashamed of yourself. Your company takes advantage of elderly people and tricks them into paying hundreds of pounds for products of highly dubious value : money many can ill afford to lose.

NEVER, Never buy from Sandawellness or Sandawellbeing. Read back through the messages here and see what the have done to others.

    It's a disgrace...

Yes, the problem of aching joints sometimes give the expression of sticking to a body for a long or lifetime and hence, many people try to get rid of it as soon as possible. However, inside the rush of so many pharmaceutical companies, one cannot judge the most effective medicine therefore, the experts suggest the medicated products formed out of natural resources which does not impose any reaction over the body. Rosex is one such product which I have used for quite some time and have experienced great improvement.
