- SandaWatch replies to MarkMark... Another Sandawellness worker online trying to deflect attention from their predatory telemarketing. Do NOT trust anyone from Sanda. They misrepresent themselves to the aged and the infirm and then skim money fraudulently from their accounts. They monitor sites like this introducing positive remarks to counter the warnings of others. Please read all the comments first and never give them bank or credit card details.

- sandy unwellbeingi have posted under other names warning people of predatory telephone marketing.think to yourself that the only possible reason these guttersnipe companies place a telephone call to you is to establish a point of no return where you are coerced into giving up your bank details in return for a product or service that you have no real need of.you wouldnt dream of passing your bank or credit card details to a stranger in the street,so a telephone caller should be treated in thesame light. THINK THINK THINK THINK.

- IzzyI was called on Friday by an Indian sounding Man called "Neville?" .He talked a lot about my health and how a tablet called Rosex would benefit my Arthritus. He went on for some considerable time and then when I said I didn't give bank details over the phone, said that this was very wise and that he would give me his address and phone number and ext. which was 0261. Why I agreed I do not know, perhaps he hypnotised me? then he handed me over to an Indian lady called Mabel? who said I would benefit from 2 tablets a day and I would need to take them for 5 months. She was busy calculating how much this was going to be when I suddenly woke up to what she was doing. I then forbid her to put any order through, took a lot of convincing her but eventually she put the phone down. I was still uneasy, and I cancelled my card first thing this morning after checking that nothing had been removed. I checked on Google and found this site and a few more. Perhaps he does hypnotise you because he kept on repeating my name, I am not naive, I am only 60 and still reasonably sensible, and I do not know why I agreed to give him my bank details. Beware!!

- Izzzy replies to deleted postI don't know why I gave my card details to this scam, I can only say I think he hypnotised me. Thank goodness it wore off soon enough to put a stop to it.

- JuLiet Mason| 7 repliesI hope this email finds you in good health.
I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of an exceptional display of customer service advocated by one of your members of staff.I feel service is an integral part of business well being and feel that this side of working life is often neglected in the fast paced business world we have all become accustomed to.I would like to mention how exemplary you all have been in providing customer service whenever I have posed a question.Your Nutrition’s expert has been so helpful that I felt obliged to email you and express my gratitude regarding his help and expertise. On every occasion that I have emailed him, he has responded promptly and with useful help and advice tailored specifically to the questions that I have asked, and he will also go into detail which helps the customer feel reassured in their decision or will allow them to have an understanding if a product is right for them or not. This type of ‘information for free’ is very scarce nowadays and it’s a testimony to your companies customer service policy.Customer retention is pivotal to any public facing business, and the way you have set up Sandawellbeing and the staff you have on board makes it a great company to shop with.
I wish you all the success in future and hope to receive the same levels of great customer care from your company and team in the near future.May I kindly request that this commendation is passed onto those appropriate staff members so that they are aware.- Caller: sandawellbeing
- jen replies to JuLiet Mason| 6 repliesDear 'JuLiet Mason' must work for Sandawellbeing. The previous messages here and my mother's experience are Very, Very different to those described in the last message. They tricked her into paying over £300 instead of the £15-30 she was expecting. DO NOT give these people your bank/cc details people. They will scam you.

- Craig replies to MarkHi, my mum has also been conned by these people.
She was asked to part with £14.99 for 2 months supply yesterday(and because she is a pensioner it is apperently a great deal), but has had £150 taken out of her account. She tried calling the seller back named "CHARLOTTE" on 02086190075, but apparently she doesn't work for them, to ask for a refund.
We have spoken to the bank, and are trying to cancel the transaction.
Mark, I don't know how you live with yourself preying on pensioners and convincing them that herbal remedies are what they need.
I will be contacting the police and trading standards if my mother's cash is not refunded.
DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY YOUR MEDICATION FROM!!!! - derek christiejust been called tonight, about 5 mins ago,

- Jen replies to Adam| 4 repliesNo Adam I'm just very upset about the way they took advantage of my mother. I'm sorry if the links were a problem for you I received no virus warnings when I found them (just google Sandawellnes scam or fraud) and again no alerts on just revisiting. The links were all clean and remain valid comments on this despicable firm. The positive comments on this thread seem highly suspicious as if Sandawellnes or Sandawellbeing monitor such communications and try to insert an alternate reality where they are a benign company. READ the whole thread, my experience is far from unique
- Izzy replies to JenGood for you Jen. I have reported them to our local newspaper to warn any others in my area that they are operating here. Hope I'll have news soon.
- Adam replies to Jen| 1 replyI know what to believe and what not to. I have read the entire blog and though the negatives are more(most of them replied by you to the positives) give no true/real review. I feel its all made up and fake. By filling in your posts and maximizing the number of negatives I dont think the real thing can be kept away from the readers.
- JaniceMy 84 year old mum was called this morning by a Ria Miller who wanted her to give her debit card details over the telephone in order to receive a miracle tratment for her arthritus pains. My dad passed away in June and mum is now struggling to get over flu, but I am pleasd to say that she would not give her card details until she had spoken to me. PHEW!!!!

- Jen replies to AdamOh Adam grow up. It's not just me. There are many others who have described the highly dubious sales techniques used by this company. The links to the Dr's surgeries are evidence enough that some GP's believe them to be highly manipulative and a threat to their patients purse and health.
I come back here, being me, because I'm angry about how they took advantage of my mother. And I want others to be alerted to the dangers they represent.
I see posts here from individuals who seem to rather suspiciously think this is for thanking Sanda, a Sanda Blog even(?), who's english is suspiciously poor (Sanda is an indian company), and who's understanding of what these posts are for is missing. If you did your homework you would see this for yourself. Yes I'm net savvy. So are Sandawellness. I understand how Google works and so do Sanda(Do You? Are you one of them, again?). Their marketing is very sophisticated and they take advantage of elderly individuals, to sell expensive products of questionable merit and mislead as to the amount of money they will take. That is fraud.
Adam you don't know what to believe, you only know what you want to believe. Vested interest?
I sincerely hope the "real thing", is clear and … "at the length truth will out."
Jen - IzzyWell, I've been to town and checked my bank account, and despite my cancelling my card, they managed to get £20.45 from it. He must have been passing details on to the bank while I was still on the phone trying to get rid of "Mabel". I think I was very lucky, although £6 seems a bit excessive for p&p for 1 packet of pills. They haven't arrived yet but watch this space!!!!!

- Rudolf| 1 replyI got a call few months back and thought they were cheating on us and dint believe them initially. They started speaking about my health and knew my entire medical history .They knew exactly what I was suffering from and suggested me the right products. The supplements have shown reasonable change over few months. Going to a doctor or any specialist would have costed me way more and would be time consuming too.
