Really annoying will speak to a 7 year old and ask for me i take the reciever and they hang up!!! Had about 20 calls and now so hacked off ive reported it to Ofcom, Hope they get fined!!!

Having repeated calls; several time a day....... silent calls.

OMG, I'm going to wring their necks! They've rang me every day numerous times a day for nearly 2 weeks now! SICK!!!!

Had 11 calls so far this month from this number. Never leaves a message on answerphone and as I have caller display I do not pick up the phone if I do not know who caller is.

Have received numerous calls from this number which hangs up when you answer. How can I get this number blocked?

i have had at least 4 calls a day from this number for the past week. just goes dead when you answer. SO ANNOYING!
the number on display either has 1,2 or 3 zeros at the start. no real telephone number starts with 3 zeros!

a call from 02135371000, 3 times in less than 24 hours, nobody speaks, when you ring back number is unrecognised.

When you ring this number you are told it is unobtainable. However when I pressed  button 3 as requested I heard three single rings which then stopped, but as I did not know how much the call would be costing me  I hung up.  (I have just been rung again by the same number whilst typing this message) Does anyone know how much they would be charged for pressing '3' as requested?

This number has been calling frequently recently and usually there is no one there. It is obviously a call centre. Today someone did speak to me and in a very strong Asian accent said his name was "Denis" and he was calling from Lifestyle Research to conduct an opinion poll. That's where the call ended.

My elderly Mum (88) keeps getting calls from this number. At first there was no number when she dialled 1471 but now it's always this number and she recognises the voice, which has a 'foreign' accent (sorry -her words not mine) They ring at all times of the day, from 7.30am to 9.30pm.  When they speak (not often) she usually puts the phone down, but when she doesn't they say hello (they know her name) and then usually ring off.  More often than not they just cut off as soon as she answers. I think they must guess she's elderly and then not bother to pursue - but why keep ringing her back?  This has been going on for about a year. I'm so glad I found this site - I can now tell her she's not alone.

this number has called me around the same time three nights in a row when i pick up there is no one there it just disconnects after a second or two

called asking for a person who did not live at the address but had the address and phone number,

I've had 2 calls. Surely the number must be registered to some one. I can't trace the source

i have had several calls from this number the three most recent being 28/05/10 13.48 /28/05/10 17.58 and today 31/05/10 at 13.17. my wife and i are thorougly fed up as it is upsetting us that when we pick up the phone we are greeted with an eerie silence as if someone is spying on us.please can somebody tell us how to stop these annoying,intrusive,and abusive (due to the silence) calls.

Following several silent calls I at last made contact. The caller represents Life Style Research Centre. I've told them I'm not interested and it remains to be seen if they call again.

this number is calling me to 6 times a day or more....no one at the other end!!!
