i'm in perth and i also got a missed call from that number just a few minutes ago.  when i rang back, all i heard was like a fax tone.

This number is in Sydney Australia and is used when people call from abroad to oz as the oz local number.  So a tourist overseas buys a calling card, goes to a phone booth, dials a local number in USA or where ever, puts in the pin, rings the number in oz, then it gets re routed through this number to a oz local number. It is a computer getting inbound VOIP data. If someone types in a wrong number, then you will get it. This could also possibly be used by telemarketers too I spose.

Yes the same number 0282094700, I received 4 times in one day and it is really annoying. Please traced this person who owned that number and try to stop disturbing other people.

got called twice today from this number, not sure if there could be any link between my mobile service provider=VriginMobile and this number

My wife and I also got 4 calls from this number.  we picked up but got silent then hung up.

My wife called my mobile from overseas, this number appeared.  I believe those who are suggesting it's an overseas (I live in Australia) calling card could be right.

GUYS CALM DOWN. THIS NUMBER IS VOIP NUMBER. IT IS SOMETHING LIKE SKYPE. I AM SURE IT IS YOUR RELATIVE OR FRIEND CALLING.

If anyone is in the adult entertainment industry this guy is a total time waister and goes by the name of Mark Anderson. He had an american accent and gave a false hotel room number.

I think its just some weird connection thing when you get a call from over seas because i have been getting it before i get a call from overseas, followed by a provate number in my call list so i think its just the connection number for an incoming call from a mobile overseas nothing to do with marketing which also explains the weird times for the calls or whatever lol im smart

someone called from this number 3 times already, i called back but only fax signal, what is this number? i doesnt match anyone i know. looks like some company or international call card... maybe the call center redirects to the wrong number

hi here is the answer.  I found all your messages after I had one missed call on 25th.  Then I received same phone call next day.  When people call from China (not sure all overseas calls), this number will 0282094700 show on your screen.

My son just received a call from this number from his brother who is supposedly living in London.  Its a bit freaky that all these people get calls from the same number.  Its seems to be skype or something like that because thats what my australian son my London son said to him last time they spoke...Xmas day

are you people [***]? its a voip routing number, someone is calling through skype or using a calling card. pick up the phone and stop being paranoid

It's confirmed it'san international call from a calling card.So guys don't you worry.I just received a call from my country and this number appeared.

If you are getting it several times, this menas that peraps some of your folks are tryng to reach you but there's a conexion problem.
