Got a call form this number and when i tried to call it back. It says all lines to this area is busy????

Got a call from some Indian sounding lady who seemed a little confused by me.  Lots of noise in the background.  Hung up about 10 seconds into the call.  A real WTF moment.

Just got a very confused woman from the Far East calling me on this number. "Hello, how are you now?" said she, with a very noisy background. Strange.

got a call from slovakia on  this number. Suspect he is using a discount phone card of a particular brand. I'm guessing it's VOIP technology hooking into local numbers. Good luck to them

I just got a call on my mobile from this number too. Fortunately I was in a meeting and didn't answer but when I tried to call back it said "all lines to the area were busy..."

The number is a relay station for international calls, not just telemarketing. My girlfriend just called from that number and she's in Cambodia atm

i have got some  miss calls from this number ,but dont know who is this and where is this from.psl heop me with the name of the caller and the place.

i got a miss call from this number this morning  at 6:58 am but i could not receive this call .i have no idea who and where is this call from

I'm baced in geelong victoria australia. So far I've got two calls at 12pm one call at 4:30am and one just now at 6:30am.
I thought it might be my friend calling from china after reading this site, but I picked up and it was an asian man.
Very annoying.

well i just got a call today, 8am and they asked if i spoke chinese!!
i did same as above rang back and computer was like lines are busy..
i dont think its oversea calls as i dont no anyone overseas!!

Interesting, I just registered my new "three" mobile starter pack. I have not used the phone yet and I had a missed call from these mongrels ,whoever they are.Maybe three are selling these numbers to a third party.

IT IS AN IP NUMBER...IT IS NOT NECESSARILY BAD.
That is why you get the delay at firsT and keep screaming hello and nobody answers. You probably get people you know using it to call you from overseas when using a phone card or from different call centers that use IP phones. It is not harmful unless the call you get is from someone asking you bank details.

Just got a call from them - again a lady speaking chinese. :S

I have received the very same phone call this afternoon....
And like everyone else... it was also a CHINESE lady!!!

I happened to speak chinese, so I got a few details off her...

Who called: Some chinese lady.
When she called: Today Afternoon
Why she called: She called and asked if i could speak chinese.... And because I could speak it fluently so I replied back....
She said she's calling from a Australian consumer electronics company called "lien-shien" - which is the chinese name for "Lenovo". However, a few minutes later in the survey she has asked me, I asked her what is the Australian registered company name officially called. And she could not tell me the English name of the company. Now I am sus.
I started to ask her more about the company (size, mission statement, office location...etc) her response is either... "I'm new." or "I am just a customer service".

What she wanted from me: She wanted my name. My real name to be exact.
She also said there is a public lottery draw at Hyde Park Sydney giving away their company's products and a raffle ticket has been put under my name.

What I think she really want from me: Money. She wants money from me.
Like Nigerian scam folks.... I've heard too much from other friends of mine experiencing the same issue. They'll say you've won the prize and have to pay for postage and handling fees....etc or some kind of Tax. Where u'll ended up wiring her heaps of money or simply hack into your account.

I am in Brisbane, QLD. Have got 5 calls from this number - but no one in the other end... I will block the number from my phone now!! That'll teach them! :-/

Absolutely spam. Many times.

Prior to that, I received anonymous calls with the same contents for a couple of days.

After I decided to refuse all anonymous calls, this number was shown as a local number in Sydney Australia. I answered and found the same contents still.

I often receive calls from a number similar to this and got missed one at 5am this morning, very annoying!

I've had a LOT of calls from this number over the past 3 weeks, sometimes it shows up as Anonymous...they never let it ring long enough for me to answer though...and I don't know if this number is connected to the same people but I've also had calls from 0442031592523...I've managed to answer a couple of calls from that number and it's ALWAYS someone with an Indian accent, all they ever say that I can understand is a constant barrage of "Hello"
