i was interested in the idea of having a kitchen which has glass doors which is toughened glass so i orignaly called a company called a company black kitchens who claim to be the only people selling it on 01914064049 which is now gone gone dead but a sales guy turned up from uber kitchens and had a sample of a glass door and i was impressed he promised cabinet doors the inner carcas of the cabinet, granite work top, glass door oven, under mount sink and tap and all the plinths and cornices and glass splash bak for £1800 but said I WANT A DEPOSIT OF £100 ON THE SPOT DEPOSIT OR HE CANT COME BACK EVEN THOUGH WHEN I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT I WAS TOLD IT IS A NO OBLIGATION QUOTE BUT THE SALES GUY WAS NOT WILLING TO WAIT EVEN A DAY.MY HUSBAND TOLD HIM TO GET OUT AND HE KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AGAIN AND KNOCKED HIS PRICE DOWN AND NY HUSBAND TOLD HIM LEARN TO BE PATIENT IN LIFE. I  called the company again the next day to complain who told me they were sorry and sent a new guy out to me who turned out to be same. he told me that the company is called uber kitchens but they have various different websites and different numbers like the one above and 02920022115 which all go through to the same call center. UBER KITCHENS IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THEM! THETYJUST WANT MONEY AND THEN THEY [***]! any way when the new sales guy came he came with a gloss door sample and said that a glass door idea is absurd so I showed his blackkitchens.co.uk website and the website of kitchensuber also he said that his company does not do glass doors. It was all so confusing. I told him to leave. I gave the company another chance as the glass door sample I had seen was very nice even though my husband thought i was mad mad mad! i called the company again on 02929922115 and got someone sent to me called ray who again gave me good price of the kitchen but was again putting up the same desprate behaviour wanted the deposit of £100. i didnt give it! and saved my self

ive just seen yr post and i am a bit worried as ive paid a deposit and i find it very hard to get hold off the company to arrange delivery. i wonder if the litchen will be delivered or am i gna lose my deposit through a scam

Uber kitchens is a company that promies much but fails to deliver.

i paid 1650 for a kitchen that looked great in a brochure but when it was delivered it was faulty mismatched and second hand.

i ended up bining it!

KITCHEN UBER IS FAKE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I PAID £1200 FOR A KITCHEN AND IT WAS DELIVERED QUICKER THAN THEY PROMISED LAST WEEK. I WAS TOLD THEY WILL DELIVER WITHIN 5 TO 20 WORKING DAY AND EVERY ATTEMPT GET THROUGH TO REPORT OTHER FAULTS IS FRUITLESS. JUST NOW I CALLED THE TELEPHONE NUMBER 0161669 4780 AND IT WAS NOT GOING THROUGH. I WILL CONTACT WATCHDOG ON THIS MATTER. PLEASE BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED AVOID THEM. I WISHED I READ ALL THIS REVIEW ABOUT 3WEEKS AGO, I WOILL NOT HAVE BEEN IN THIS MESS.

and how long have you worked for Kitchens Uber (or whatever other names they call themselves) then?.........cos you are the only one ever to have posted a good response. And I'm curious why you, a so called satisfied customer should be looking on this site anyway to see who has complained, and defend them!  Only a representative of the company would do that!  Did the boss Sersen or Vince or whoever, get you to do this?
Seems to me Becky or whatever your name is, that if you were satisfied you'd just keep quiet and not even have recourse to looking on complaint sites!!

My elderly parents have purchased a 'last years model designed kitchen'.  However yesterday they were sent a delapitated/used kitchen from this company who i suspect now is involved in all this Uber scam.  All the characteristics shown leave me absoulutely reeling and drained.  To think without listing all the similar sales and aftersales dealings they have ripped off old people who now are facing a heafty fitters bill.  We're all perplexed on what to do and whether its a waste of time.  Anyhow! First things first - Sunday Sun Local Newspaper where they got it from.  By the way the Manager Director is Sersan and the representative who came to the house was Nick Clegg.  You couldn't write it could you.

Anyone who needs help retrieving there money back from kitchensuber/direct kitchens needs to contact a legal reprasentative and put them to task, meanwhile i shall be visiting them personally to find out what is going on and get some real answers face to face..

OUR 600 LARGER END PANELS ARE MISSING AND SOME DOORS ARE DAMAGED, IF A COMAPNY WONT TAKE YOUUR CALLS WHEN THEVE HAD YOUR MONEY THEN YOU KNOW SOMTHING ISNT RIGHT.

they are not a scam, they just a bit mad, I ordered 2 kitchen from them, both for about a quater of what they are worth, but everything came in was completely random, the worktop was wrong colour, the tap was wrong the side panel were missing you name it we had it all, also the sales guy forgot to order an oven housing. as it happened though, I'm a bit random myself and liked it all then fitted them. one thing I am complaining though the customer service is awful! there are 3 drawer front missing from one of the kitchen I waited 6 months still telling me out of stock! if you call sales they say yes it is in stock but if you call customer service they say it is out! avoid them if you can afford better, but if you can't then may be just chance it.

Yr story is exactly down to a tee the same as me. have u contacted watchdog?? whats happened with it all. my kitchen was delivered on 30th July 2012 and I have been on the phone since. I'v had 2 joiners in that thought it was a practical joke when they trieed to fit it. Asked me for their Labour pay and left. £200 down  on this

Contact Consumer Direct/CAB (they are combined now).  The number is on Consumer Direct website.  Tell them you want to contact your local Trading Standards.  I have no doubt they will be well aware of this company as it has all the hallmarks of the usual Vance Miller scam.  He managed to outwit Oldham Trading Standards in a court case, so no doubt other Trading Standards would like  go a him.  It is a sign of how toothless our authorities are that this man has been ripping people off for years and got away with it.

becky2 you are probably one of the employees who is put on here to make the company better!! they are a scam company and deserve to be brought to a close. The employees are all rude and the kitchens are of shite standard, customer services are un helpful and amazingly there is never any managers around to talk to.
until you have gone through what all of these people and i have gone through you should keep your comments to yourself
