hi i saw a facebook ad for stilhaus kit after a friend liked them
filled out a form late at night next day girl called didnt give her name
said a designer would be out on monday at 8 pm and would need
£100 or £50 for a deposit . i just happend to see this thread and
I CANT THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH . i phoned the number back
there 01204325130.. and it just went on to a customer service  
number with no introduction to who u r calling bottom line folks

I can't sleep and am having a ball roaming the internet for Stil Haus stuff.. when you start looking there is loads of evidence about showing what a huge scam they are....

Makes me laugh how gullible people are - if you look at the current FB page everyone is saying.. how can it be a scam if they only take £100 deposit and you pay the rest later.... Ok say of the 130k likes that 2000 people pay a "deposit" - that's £200k "stolen"...

Well 'Stephen' I am one of these rogues victims. Of course Millers name isn't mentioned as he was banned from owning any of these 40 + kitchen companies which as you'll know are under investigation. I have had kitchens über at court here in Scotland 6 times where Tony Eddleston appeared,,,,,,, was funny when the judge called kitchens über. & Tony was oblivious to which name he was representing those days !!! I am now awaiting my   £3 + expenses. There are hundreds of us . We're well aware of past/ present names used as 'proprietors '. Nothing but scum! All chipboard comes from Maple mill via China. Now if you haven't been conned like many go away  & mind ur own business.

I ordered a Kitchen from this company in late November, A very nice lady came round and designed the layout for me just as I wanted it. I explained that I needed it fitting during the school half term in Feb. I requester delivery on Monday 17 Feb and instillation to start on 18 Feb. I went down to their Showroom and meet the staff there who showed me round and went through everything with me. They were very helpful and very professional, I could not have wished for better service. They kept in touch with me all the time and on Sunday 16 Feb rang and gave me the delivery time for the 17 Feb as requested, Monday morning at 8am delivery arrived, everything spot on. Monday evening a phone call to advice me that the fitters would be on site at 7am the next morning. 7am Tuesday morning  the fitter arrived, completed the fit same day working till 10.30 in the evening. the did an excellent job. I could not speak more highly of the company from beginning to end of the job.
This was not a home instillation it was for a church, I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
I would like to extend the thanks of all at the church for such a good job and for the help of everyone concerned.

So we now have a testimonial from a man of the cloth? Sadly for you not even this tactic will detract from the previous 9 pages of negative reviews and bogus testimonials found on this thread....people will read the other reports and will make up their own mind.

Funny there doesn't seem to be anyone called "Stan" at Southport Methodist Church — at least not anyone n a position with enough authority to order a fitted kitchen.

Stan, quite apart from the fact I don't believe you come from Southport Methodist Church, I also don't believe even a satisfied customer would repeatedly come back to such a site as this and argue. If you are so satisfied, what does it matter what other people think? Unless you are in fact an owner or have a vested interest in the company itself. And as others have said, trying to make your 'review' look wholesome by pretending to be from a church is ludicrous. Perhaps I should phone SMC and ask whether they have had a kitchen fitted recently? Don't think I wouldn't, except I know they genuinely have more important things to do than answer questions because idiots like you are falsely using their name.

Hi, I must say I'm rather frustrated and bothered by statements on here,regarding this company. It seems a real shame. My elderly neighbour had a kitchen fitted by them very recently,and I can honestly say the actual kitchen looks very nice indeed,it's only a small galley kitchen but very good quality and genuinely very nice fitters as well.The person in question as asked me to kindly relay this to you on this site as she is unable to use  a keyboard properly due to having a minor stroke so ,I am kindly commenting for her.
Do you not think that some people are just nit picking and maybe just other companies who cannot match there prices? Anyway, thank you for your time , and please just bare in mind, this company has the best interests of there customers in mind, especially people who can ill afford to pay exsorbident prices. Thank you.

Someone going out of their way to find this site and then post about the product — and not even their product, but their neighbour's product (and people say community spirit is dying).

It's ridiculous. No normal person would take a look at their neighbour's kitchen, ask who did it, and then think "I must go online to seek out negative reviews and set the record straight", ask for the phone number, search for that phone number online, arrive here, then post a 'review'.

The other option, as we all know, is that the same handful of people are trying to make their company look good by posting these completely fake reviews. The thing is, they're so laughably bad that all it does it is make the original company look even more dodgy.

they have been to court a number of times, their owner has spent time in prison and is currently banned from being a director of a Uk company.

they are hardcore idiots.  they just dont care about this.   at one point they where the UK's most complained about company.

"Amy Marshall", if "she" exists. hasn't been on here since the whole spamming attack was unmasked, so is unlikely to see your post.  I would suggest you contact Trading Standards straight away as they have vast experience  dealing with Vance Miller's kitchen companies.  Just out of curiosity, if you are talking about Stilhaus Kitchens, why have they given you this number when they are in Warrington which is an 01925 number?

it seems their latest tactic is now to spam forums with a link to a fake site  for reviews of howdens kitchens
