kitchens uber, really unprofessional, not nice people to deal with. and it looks like i've lost my £100.00 pound deposite. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

As big daddy is saying, Kitchens UBER are a con merchant who do not care about the customer. I too have lost my £100 which they say is the design fee, that is after they tell you that the design is free and no obligation to buy. Fortunately, I cancelled the order. Better to lose £100 than over £1000. Its not right though how many £100's they get to keep when people cancel the order.

Check out the many reviews on the internet for this company and all its sisiter companies like ' New Kitchens, Cheap Kitchens, The Kitchen Factory and so on. There is also a video on YouTube when the owner admits to a TV crew that his kitchens are rubbish.

DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THEIR TRAP, DON'T TOUCH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES WITH A BARGE POLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN.

Fraude kitchen company , must be stopped

Ordered kitchen from them they sent wrong kitchen and refuse to swap it I then was sent wrong handles I had missing doors wrong colour doors etc which I still not got after 8 months visited. The so called showroom was horrified with what I saw staff smoking at there desks woman on the front desk extremely rude and aggressive  still not got my missing items will not ever use o recomend these fools to anyone the staff especially the young woman on switch board a lowlife scum

i knew this tel no was uber kitchens, we had a on site visit yesterday and it seemed to good to be true.  the rep was very hard sell, and even texted me an hour after she had left to say she would pick up my £100 deposit this afternoon, even though we told her we wanted to discuss it in more detail and hadnt made a decision.

all these companies are owned by the same guy; vance miller - infamous for his 2 appearances on watchdog a couple of years ago.

be aware......dont not buy from any of these companies

warning waring do not ever buy from this company as they do not send the full order and when u ring up to complain, they keep you on the phone for ages sniggering and laughing in the background. would love to meet the owner in a dark alley one day and thank him persernally for the brilliant kitchen he sent ( not) and maybe i will get my drawers

If placed an order with them and you pay for it remember to get a check list and open all the box... any brocken part DO NO|T take it and don't sign anything (read the back of your design sheet the rules are there) also send back the worktop as they charge £95 for the same worktop that selco sells for 25 and the granit worktop it's sent uncutted and to get cutted it will cost u alot from your local. also by reading about NEVER let a kitchen uber installer in your home!!!! they are as good as your 95 year old blind grand dad... this is my warning ...

My advice to all!!! open an account with selco and get a good value kitchen from a real company. (you can fake your company they wont check :-)

OR MAYBE YOU REICEVEC THEM ALL READY BUT YOU SIMPLY HAVE NOT REALIZED THAT FOR THEM DRAWERS ARE 5 PIECES OF RECTANGULAR MDF  THAT YOU HAVE TO BUILD YOUR SELF WITH YOUR OWN SCREWS!!! TRUST ME ON THIS... YOU ARE GOING TO LAUGH!!! GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND POP DOWN TO B&Q OR SOMETHING AND GET A MODERN TYPE OF SOFT CLOSE DRAWERS...

Please do NOT sign with this company.....Called me several times and have been very unprofessional. I asked them to take my details of their system but they didn't stop calling.....saying: So do you want the kitchen or not!!! No thank you...I'll go with someone else:-)

Really glad I looked on this sight - had an appointment booked - decided to cancel - have just rang them, very unprofessional they asked when do you want to re0book said I don't - asked for my phone number  to take me off their system told them you already have it and they banged the phone down.  Steer well clear

I have had four calls this morning on my mobile on this number. I called them back to stop them calling me. They insisted on asking for my name, address and postcode in order to deal with the situation

if this kitchen company was a dog it would of been put 2 sleep along long time its that bad.everything already been said above is 100% correct.we even complained 2 our local news paper were we saw the advertisement asking them 2 remove their advert.we never got much luck with that either.shame on u 2 evening gazette of middlesbrough.trade and standards also know all about this rouge kitchen company and by what we've been told from them they r very interested 2 proceed furture with their investigations.all we can do ppl is hope these con merchants r put a stop 2 very soon and keep on using sites like this 1 2 inform as many others as we can about this rank outfit.

like the mug i am i bought anew kitchen from this company called really cheap kitchens it turned up but the worktops are the wrong ones . the driver said he could not take them back. we would have to ring the company to get them changed after 20 mins on the phone the lady on the phone said our tops would be here the next Thursday. after ringing them two weeks later and being on the phone for about 90mins the lady on the phone gave me a different number to ring it was 01616694780 and yes i got a lady ho said our worktops would be here Thursday . still waiting . kitchen was delivered on 24/5/12 still waiting just dont seem to get any where with this company. wish i had looked on this site first. its just the mug i am i suppose.

Contact Consumer Direct/CAB (they are combined now). This sounds like yet another Vance Miller scam, so they should be aware of the company.
