had a call from this bloody number just barred all text msgs to my home phone as i have had enough of crap calls it makes me want to get rid of my land line ........

we have had two of these calls in 24hrs now,, telling us to remember to put our clocks back at 2am ,,,,funny as they are meant to go foward 1 hr...but to get the 2nd call at 1.50am was the final straw,, i felt like pulling the phone cord out the wall..so i made a promise that when i woke up i would type the idiots number(cos i have call listing on my phone) into my search engine and find out what the heck is going on,,see if its bt's fault but no. turns out to be a scam,,

Had missed call this morning 10am..Voice message is a load of gobble-di-[***], but numbers to call back  are as clear as day - 07953966066 or 07956093306. Seems strange that noticing the first post is from December 2007 & yet these calls are still on the move in 2010. I hope the [***]/s get what they deserve...I'm writing to watchdog,hopefully they may help as obviously BT & Tmobile don't give a toss.Been getting so many unexplained calls from various sources of late, I have to revert to a very loud recording of a screaming baby at hand...may not be the overall solution, but it sure don't half feel good pressing the play button!

I recieved a message from this number today on my 1571.  I have not called it and looked it up on google.  After reading these messages I will not call it.  Has anyone received a phone bill since phoning it?

Received a phone message from 07953966066 saying a text message was received on my BT landline at 11:59pm repeating  the message that "my mobile number has changed" then gave a mobile number which I didn't record.  The message did not say who it was from or who has changed their number so Im treating this as a nuisance call.

I receive a call from 07953966066 in the middle of the night.
Is there any thing that can be done to stop this?

If someone from t-mobile texts your house phone it comes through as a phone call off this number. my friend has been texting my house phone for the past few weeks as my mobiles broke and this number rings and says ''you have recieved a text message from 07......'' and then reads the message, if you're not it and it leaves a voicemail on 1571 just ring the number and it reads out your message

got one of those calls tonight 07953966066 saying that this person has ran out of credit and can i phone them
i didnt call it back as i dont know the number

Have received a very garbled message on my answerphone from this number this evening asking me to call back from my landline number that they rung, needless to say I haven't bothered as it is not a number I know.

I got a call but didn't answer as I have caller ID  and didn't recognise the number. It left a msg I didn't understand. So called the number back from my Mobile (withholding my number) and it gobbled up a pound of my credits just to tell me to call the number back to retrieve a msg. Im not going to, as it must be a scam. This is the first call from this number I have recieved, and I hope the last.

3 messages from 07953966066, the last one at 12.39 last night, despite being on the standard curfew time for text message relays. So much for the curfew!
Called 08005875252 selected option 1 then selected option 5 to block all incoming text messages.
If the block is as efficient as the curfew, I expect to be woken up at 1 o'clock tomorrow morning - if so, I will not be a happy bunny !

this number has been calling my phone on and off for a few hours now. Number not known to me so haven't answered it after reading messages above

press 1 to change the curfew times then press option 5 for cancel all text ..these text just dont stop and constanlty ring ..even if u say say cancel message they still ring  unless u cancel the text ,,pain in [***] and a total scam .

Two calls this morning between 5 and 6am from 07953966066, making me worried at first and now just plain annoyed.

Message simply said "Call this number 07953966066" and repeated again.

ITS A LOAD OF CRAP....
I had this number come through with a text about my old and ill grandmother and that she is going to be at someones house on friday and that i should be there "kiss kiss" then some garbeld stuff so u cant hear it....
Of course you can listen too this message again by calling the following number 07953966066.......
its a con to make u call that number....

Had my first one of these messages today and via 1471 wrote down the number.  After a bit of sifting through the net I find you can switch it off permanently - although I did not ask for the service to be switch on.  It is obviously another add on to make money - try this:

Ring BT on a freephone number - 0800 587 5252 and choose options 1 and 5 - that should kill off the little blighter!!

My husband got a call at 9.45pm and when he answered someone was saying 'I love you, I really love you' or something along those lines. He put the phone down on them. How do you find out who is giving out your number to these people? we are already on the phone preference list that is supposed to stop all cold calling, which worked to start with but we are now getting loads of them

Got a load of blank messages from phone number - 07953966066.  Please could you tell me who these people are?  Calls were sent as blank texts from this number to my land line.

The number is a "text sms to speech" number incoming with a message. This is a effing stoopid BT service
08005875252, it's complete rubbish and does not work, also scamsters send you worrying messages as it's easy to automate scam messages,

Simply call the free phone number, change the curfew times or use the magic  option,  option press 5 - kill all messages forever. . If youve pressed 5 you dont get so many options if you call in again. The person below who could not be bothered to type out his discovery gets only a "third prize". I dont think ofcom can help with this unless its in contrvention of the code on calling numbers who do not want to have phone spam.
