Beware of this company Samuel Brooke's who ring from 07955031079 getting fed up of repeated calls several times a day for a non-existent claim. We tell them and tell them again. Now getting frustrating and they just hang up no apology for ringing.

I have received numerous calls from this number over the last 7 - 10 days.

When I answer the phone the call terminates.  I understand that this may be a software driven activity but is no excuse for it.

I obtained the contact details from earlier posts and searching the net.

Spoke to someone called Rachel on 0844 811 4370 who quickly told me that she would remove my details from their systems.  I asked her to explain where they got my number from, she replied that shes only admin and didnt know, the sales team have that information but are not permitted to share with me.   I explained the basically by not supplying me with this detail she is in breach of legislation.  She put me on hold...a few minutes later told me that someone from Sales would call me back to explain
The team Leaders name is Andrew Stuart (I have 0 faith that this is correct or I will get a call back)

Just started receiving calls on my land line from this number & nobody speaks just hang up,really annoying & have reported it to BT as a nuisance call.

I have been called for weeks by this number , each time i tell them to stop calling they call up to 3 times a day how can we make them stop !

Identified themselves as Samuel Brooks.  Call was to my mobile but they were actual after my wife about an accident she never had!

Probable speculative call regarding an accident last year. When told not interested was verbally abused. Tried calling number but listed as not recognised

just found out that the number 07955031079 is also 01612478200. ring the 0161 and get removed from the database. 3 companies'' in one building ppi, accidents, loans/debtbankrupcy etc.

Called me today telling me I could claim back money on a previous loan I have had..

Never had a loan, told them to stop calling me and the woman on the phone was very rude and aggressive when I told her I didn't want them calling me anymore.

I then told her to take me off of her records and she hung up on me.

Just had a phone call from a Samuel Brooks on this number.  He said he was ringing about an accident that I'd had in the past few years.  I replied that I hadn't had an accident....he said that it must be about someone named on my car insurance policy then.  When I said that that wasn't possible he said that he must have his wires crossed and hung up.

Person identified the company as 'Petitions Direct.' Said he was calling regarding an outstanding PPI  claim, said I've haven't had a loan for 40 years and then said 'Then what good are you?' and hung up!

Ive called vodaphone today, i wanted to report this number and get it barred from pestering me ---- it turns out that it is vodaphone who are wasting our time , threaten them with the 1949 telephone and wireless act, they will stop then.

This number has rang me 3 times in the last 2 days. When I try to ring it back to see who it is, it says "I'm sorry this number isn't recognised."

Just had a call from 07955031079 no-one spoke but it sounded like a call centre.

You say you're not a scammer, but how exactly are you even getting our phone numbers? Blatantly illegally.

I've had 3-4 calls a day from this number some days. This is illegal- it is harrassment.

You are also liars. You pretend to know that people have been missold PPI, but you don't know that, because you've said it to me and I have never even had PPI!

You being so indignant is pretty amusing, like a rapist being indignant about being called a paedo! All scum, some difference but not a lot!

You should be ashamed of the way you make a living. Go and work in a factory or cleaning loos. At least that's good, honest work.
