got a call from 07973100194 when i answered it all i got was a christmas song playing, I put phone down & rang back only to be told it was orange customer relations.

I had received a call on the following number 07973 100 194 this afternoon, when I answered the tone changed and sounded like my phone was dialing the number which called me in the first place. I hung up immediately. I found this really odd!

I shall call Orange and report to them but doubt anything will ever get rid of these nascence callers.

I wont be picking up to that number again, I advise no one to bother with it either.

I received a call from this number today; at 20:52.

It was a warm call from the Orange sales team, who I'd spoken with this morning but as I didn't have time to complete the process of ordering a phone they offered to call me back around 9pm (at my request).

This number I can say is with 100% certainty for Orange.

Furthermore there were no issues with answering the phone, it was the same girl I'd spoken to earlier in the day and she sorted me out my new phone without any problems

Everyday at least 8 times I get called by this number; I get 2 texts saying I've missed a call from them + when I do answer they either hang up straight away or there's silence and I just hang up! This is really starting to bother me. Does anyone know how to block or stop this number ringing?

I can confirm this is simply the number which will come up on ur phone when anyone ring you from Orange, wether manually or on a dialling system. Alot of the calls you will get from this number will be pro-active automated dialling this is why sometimes the line can be silent, a operator is not manually entering your contact details. Generally the call will be for your benifit to clear up a issue with your account.

I keep getting calls from this number (Orange). ever since I cancelled my cotract which had run it's course... it's an absolute joke!

Got a call from this number, but no answer and reading the comments on here, realise its not genuine.  this is particularly annoying as I'd spoken to a member of staff from Orange yesterday about problems i was having with their service, so thought it was them ringing me back.

If I see this number appearing again, I simply won't answer it.

they said they are "bank of scotland" to prevent a fraud... fking liars.

Get calls from this number constantly all hours of the day! Driving me nuts! Is there any way we can make an official complaint?! It's time something was done about this!

As whoever it was did not leave a message, I shan't bother to ring them back.

A lady calling from Orange, in response to an email I sent in DECEMBER!
Nice outcome though, as she has agreed to refund a charge I've been paying (for something that should have been inclusive to my talk plan).

You can block a caller with some phones - depends on the model.

Otherwise just put the number in your phone's address book an give it a name like "Do not answer" or something similar.

Someone Rang me saying they were from orange and y had I given them a bad rating on there services I had rang orange to c y my bbm wasn't working but tht was all~it was sorted got me then an hour or later I get a call from this numberi after I disclnected the call because the man was making no sense at all my balance came up on screen as £0.00 strange as I had just topped up by a £5 voucher I rang orange bk and was told basically they can't do anything for me thank you orange and anyone else they have rang plz check ur phone bills AD THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have rung orange on 150 to find out if 07973100194 is an orange customer service number, and the number is not on the system. Please be aware when answering to this number, as it is not genuine.
