Right this is really peeving me, coz i got a call from this number today, and im sure it happened whilst my phone was off, which is weird, but they called during an exam :S , i swear i turned my phone off before the exam nd gave it in, but half way through the exam an invidulator came up to me and asked me turn my phone off i was like O.o but i rang the number back on my m8s phone coz i have no credit and i get the same msg every1 else is getting, has any1 got any luck by ringing orange

Having read these comment, I must be one of the lucky ones!  I can't get a signal at home so I just get texts saying I missed a call but no message was left.  At least I know what's happening now and I'm not missing anything important.
I have had quite a few problems with Orange since I got my phone at the beginning of December.

This is Orange Customer relations department calling. I have had lots of call and i don't answer call from numbers that i dont know. I called it back and it is an automated message saying that they will call back

Bloody ORANGE, some dib dib dub fuckind rub dub on the end

just had a call from this number 2 mins ago, didnt answer and no message left

Note. That I have never received a call from "Orange" before this (4 year customer now), and this would be the first time that they have called from a complete 11 digit 07 number.

I got one call from this number and I was lucky enough to answer it first time. There was a long 5 second pause at the start of the call where I was waiting for the person to reply. The gentleman knew my first and second name, but also requested that I should discuss password related information over the phone. Before this call I was getting missed calls from an Insurance Scammer from a number local to Crewe. So I was abit weiry about passing this sort of information over the phone, so I decline the man's request and put the phone down and added it to my auto-reject list on my phone.

Needless to say the Real Orange company have my email address and sorting this issue over a secure connectection would have been easier and alot more secure.

My advice: Don't answer the call and add it to your phone's reject list.

Just got a call from this number on my iphone but I never answer numbers that are not in my contacts, and just as well from what I read here :)

its orange fault anyway. im on a new contract few days old ive not even given my number to my mother yet so obviously orange likes to sell its numbers on to cold callers.

This number calls me everyday - I'm beginning to think joining Orange network a mistake!!!!!  Will definitely NOT be an Orange customer again!!

Its not Orange its insurance scammers. Report this to orange or even better trading standards. Stick the number on your reject list. Changing network will not wok for you cos these guys will eventually get round to you. I know 2 non orange customers who get called from this number. One on Vodafone the other on 3. There breaking the law by claming to be from Orange.

Orange - Called me 6 days ago, then again today.

Both calls lasting 16 seconds, they were answered but silent.

I did raise something with Orange some weeks ago, they just need to get a human to call me rather than their auto dialer with nobody at the other side.

Missed a call from this number just now - glad I didn't hear it!...I'm an Orange customer...

Orange are doing my head in. Cos i cancelled my direct debit they are calling non stop.

Everyone that is saying its a scam, stop talking pony and trying to scare people. Its Orange customer services for definite.

I received a call from this number, having called it back I found out it was Orange calling me about a job I applied for.
This is a genuine number.

To not present the offer of speaking to an agent is illegal if more than 3% of their calls are not connected. I would report them to OFCOM under the misuse of telecommunications act. the fine is about to go up to £2,000,000 for breaching this legislation.

Just had this number call me, swapped to Orange PAYM 1 week ago. And I did tell the store where I got it that I didn't want any contact/promotions of any kind.

I still had to call their Customer Service (nightmare trying to navigate to get through to a real person, because that is NOT an option they easily provide)

After an hour long talk about me being called by "strangers" with one of their managers I got told that the manager had removed me from any promotional list or form of contacts by third parties (That is deeply hidden in the terms of contract-thing and overrides your statement you give in store that you don't want to be contacted)

Seems like they are breeching some form of security here, specially when I have twice expressly said "NO contact!" and still I get calls!

I've been called constantly by this number and as I don't pick up the phone to numbers I don't know, I refuse to answer each time.  They never ever ever leave a message.  

I have had a few issues with Orange of late in that I asked them to change the date of my Direct Debit, which they did, my bank statement showed that they had collected the money but when they sent me a reminder saying that I owed them I discovered they had suspended the DD and they swore they hadn't taken the money ha bl**dy ha!!!

I then received an email regarding a security issue, and blow me down, the person who sent it from Orange didn't blind copy any of the others they sent it to.  I now have over 500 email addresses of other Orange customers and they have mine :0(

Needless to say they have been sent a really stiffly worded letter from me saying that if they do not give me any incentive to stay with them I will be changing my mobile provider when my contract is due for renewal (April this year).

That's probably why they pestering me with phone calls.....!!!!!  Well, they going to have to write as am not prepared to answer the phone to them.
