i answered the last time they phoned me cause i was getting annoyed. there was no answer so i hung up. how long till they phone me again. Who is it because im on the mail and phone preferance list and can get them fined!!!

I keep getting these calls too, they really annoy me.


All these people writing lots of messages in the space of 5 minutes are just doing it for a joke...you need to stop being so immature!!!!!

You should only be writing on here if you are genuinely getting these calls, and are getting as annoyed by them as everyone else is!

BTW, the middle part of this message doesnt apply to Swaneth as i know they are actually getting these calls too

And i didnt answer.
And they just phoned me again, so i answered.
And hello o2, From Belfast, trying to offer me a better PAYG rate which i made up, than orange.
Well. his name was bobby, and yes the accent is cool. But him and his manager sound like the same person.
He asks me what handset im using, and i cant say an iPhone, because its unlocked, they will do something horrible to me. So i made up i had a nokia.
And so i give him a few of my details, and they make me an o2 account
And so yess, with every 10 pound top up, i get 300 texts and 150 minutes.

Perfect, a new contract.
So i speak to the manager, to confirm everything.
Fine.
They say i will receive my new SIM and details.

They say they will phone me back in 10 minutes to give me my sort code.
Very freindly person, says hes been to portsmouth and he hates southampton, and hes elder, and not so good with computers.

Shame such a nice fellow has been poisened by the likes of o2.
Anyway.
So they do.

And now they want 100£ from me :O
So i say no.
And he says, well sorry to have bothered you Simon.
            Take it easy.

And jesus christ what a scam. I hand over important details, genuinely thinking they were there to offer me a good deal. obviously not.
So now they have my details. and guarantee i will get another phone call soon, bobby wishing me a merry christmas probably.

So seriously, if they call you. By all means, pick up and see what they have to offer you, you might get something brill out of it.

This number has been ringing me constantly for about a week now, just searched it in google and found this site which gave me knowledge of who the hell it was. i didnt answer at first but once asked my friend to speak to them, he then spoke in german! that did not put them off....

Number just called my mobile, answered, went dead. Not much of pain really, I'm just going to blacklist this  number so it automatically goes to answer machine again. Either that or I pass them over to my 15month old daughter :D

This number has called me everyday for the last two weeks, i complained to O2 one lad was really rude to me, but noone could really help. Apart from one girl who said that it was an NTL number but i think they are now virgin.

Is there anyway of reporting them? doesn anyone know?

Twice received calls from this number in last few days but on answer they just cut out!  I am on 02 network but just pay and go

Just reecived a vouice mail from this number saying "BE CALM".... VERY random!
Never answer these 08000 numbers and from looking at others reviews I'm glad I dont.

Simply take the call and answer all the questions and give a bogus name and email account, let the wasters go through all their speil and agree (in my case a bolt-on)let them carry on but make them send a text to your phone first confirming who they are and that they are genuine. Then when they ask for account details simply say "oops, my wallet is at home and don`t know the numbers off hand, can i reply by email" they will agree (this took 14 mins LOL!!)

Hey presto, the bloke at the end of the line sounded REALLY pissed off and i have not recieved another phone call sine (6 days ago)

Just make sure YOU take control and make them work for it!

Yup, I also keep getting these calls. They ask for a name them cut you off. Googled the number and found out it's a scam and now just will not answer phone unless I see the ID. Hoping they'll get fed up!

I have also received numberous calls from this  -pain in the neck- number in the last few days I have registered my mobile n umber with TPS and if they continue I shall complain.

I AM NOT WITH 02 EITHER, T-MOBILE AND I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF MISSED CALLS BY THIS NUMBER TODAY WHILST AT WORK..HAVE MY PHONE ON VIBRATE AS WE ARE NOT REALLY SUPPOSED TO CARRY THEM WITH US BUT YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THERE COULD BE AN EMERGENCY SO BLOODY ANNOYING WHEN YOU HAVE TO KEEP NIPPING OFF TO CHECK YOUR PHONE.
PUNCHED THE NUMBER INTO THE SEARCH ENGINE AND OMG THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THERE BOTHERING.. T**TS.

I don't uderstand why i'm being bugged by 0800641087 I'm Vodafone and i never give the number out.

I keep getting this number ring me for the past two days!! im not answering, however im not even with O2 AND im not even on contract?!!? ill def be calling T-mobile to find out who passed my number on.

TWO MORE CALLS TODAY CALLED BACK THE NUMBER AFTER WORK AND WAS GREETED WITH AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE CONTAINING A NUMBER YOU CAN CALL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY THEM...LIKE ANY OF US DID IN THE FIRST PLACE!! ANYWAY I RANG IT 08000136671 PUNCHED IN MY MOBILE NUMBER LETS SEE IF IT DOES THE TRICK.
