I haven't just changed contracts but have bought a new phone.  Kept my same number and SIM but have had these annoying calls just about every day.  Have emailed them now and told them to back off; I'm mot interested.  Tried to get them on my 'block call' list but haven't succeeded yet.

These idiots phoned me just now claiming to be O2. They said they have a special deal for me as I have been with o2 for such a long time ! funny thing was they couldn't tell me how long ... They then asked why I had not registered my sim card FUNNY THING IS I HAVE !!!!!!!! guess they just wanted my full details...... TELL THEM NOTHING..........

As I am deaf, I am not going to be able to answer these calls. To add insult to injury theY then sent a text message saying I had missed a call from them, signing off:

"This is a Free Call Alert from O2"

Guess we know who it is now.

I got a call from this. i dnt answer 0800 numbers. i am on o2 network

Did not answer this as there are scammers about.
Is this a SCAM?????

This number just called me for the first time. They said it was an o2 service review and they asked is my name 'Mack' and I said yes, they they asked me if I was over 16 years old and to confirm my surname, address and email. I said to them that they already know who I am if they are ringing me. "We need you to tell us your surname and address for data protection reasons". To which I responded, well I have no idea you are who you say you are, so this works both ways - I am not telling you any further information.

I then got a smart ass reply, how do we know your name is Mack then? To which I said, you can find that out anywhere then was told fair enough then, and the woman hung up on me.

I never pass details on to people I do not know, but I enjoy having a bit of fun with them in the process.

The best one's are the people that call asking for my mother, and I say speaking.. obviously in a mans voice, and they say something like 'Good afternoon Mrs. Mack'. Idiots!!

I received a miss call from this number, my mobile phone was sitting next to me, so it's not like it rang long at all! then had it in my hand when it rang a second later and I answered it, there was nothing on the other side!  Looking back in my call history, it doesnt register that I answered the call, but still has the initial missed call from this number.  I'm not calling them back just incase they call me back and add me to their 'let's killer her with 100 calls a day', just because I called them back! And 0800 calls are not cheap on mobiles.

Just had a call from 08000641087 claiming to be from O2 asking me whether I wanted to save money on my Broadband. Told them I wasnt interested and asked why they were calling me.

Response was I am o2 customer and they trying to save me money... I explained I didnt opt for marketing calls and not interested and then got a sarcastic reply "dont you want to save money?" of course I want to save money but your not really calling from O2 are you?

No reply, asked who my broadband provider was, explained if they were to save me money they should know who my provider is already... Irish guy got a bit arsy... "well if you dont want me to help you save money theres nothing I can do"

Think he forgot they called me I didnt call them!

Hey, this number has been phoning me a few times too. Its rang me twice whilst im in class or i have missed it so i havent been able to answer it to see who it is. My boyfriend says its a company that have got my details from o2 and are phoning me. He says ive to phone LBM marketing and complain? Is this true?

rang me 3 times 2day and twice 1 day last week...do they ever give up...its annoying when you dont wanna speak to them....

Aye had a missed call from this number yesterday. Got 1 today also but just ignored it. knew it would be something daft

I have had this number ring me today, it started with 02202 ringing me all the time, my brother in law answered and told them i was abroad this has not stopped them from ringing, im now having 02202 and 08000641087 ringing all day long. im considering ringing there complaints for harassement!.

This damn number keeps phoning me! I've tried to answer and the line just goes dead every single time. WTF?!

I just got a call... it rang for about 3 seconds then stopped =/
