I got calls from lots of different numbers recently, i missed it from this number earlier today and came home and read this to make sure i shouldnt answer it, thanks to everyone on here it helped a lot, they called back about 10 minutes after i had read this and i gave it to my mum who explained that i was only 15. The man who rang was named Jamie btw and they were from O2 ringing about switching to broadband btw in case anyone wanted to know :)

I am sick of getting calls off this company.. sometimes i get 3 calls a day.. it takes the mickey.. especially when i answer and they hang up straight away

2 phone calls in 2 days - thing is, it only started as soon as I got a new phone but kept the same sim I've had for years - IDIOTS!

its not a scam if you want your number removed just ask politely and it will be removed if you dont believe its o2 then just ask for some of your account details only you and o2 should know

Just gave O2 the Bollockin of their life for passing on my details PAYG mobile ! have had for 10yrs plus, BT genie sim. When i first got the sim, it was by mail. so my details were given but in the 10yrs since i HAVE NOT given permission to ANY company to pass my details on...... will see if they do anything

Ive been having the same problem over the past 2 weeks now, ringing my phone up between 1pm - 7.30pm at night... How ridiculous?

What makes it worse they leave me silent voice mails which not only waste my time but cost me money! Ive signed up to tpsonline and also checked my account details on O2 (PAYG) which neither box is checked so i have no idea how they have got my number.

but im not on a contract and they keep calling me an hour ago they called me again and i said hello and they where just making heavy breathing noises :@

Have started having this number call my mobile, dispite never having a contract in my life and not passing my number out. Ive emailed o2 twice and LBM marketing twice, and saved the number under 'T*ssers' in my mobile for future reference.... ;D

I rang back and got the usual message, but also said to ring 08000136671 if I didn't want to receive anymore calls. You obviously have to ring from the phone they call. Just wait and see if it works.

why the heck have these people been phoning me??? as soon as I  answer i just hear a weird noise then they disconnect im so confused dammit!!! anyone got a certain idea cos im gettin p***** off!

called me at about 5pm today & claimed to be calling for O2. call suddenly ended in mid sentance!

three years down the line and these w*****s are still ringing and hanging up when I answer. Pity trhey ve nothing better to do with their time and money.

This number has been calling me twice a day for the last 3 days. OK, so it's O2's marketing department, glad I didn't answer. BTW, this is a great site.

Set up a VOIP number dont attach a phone too it and get emails works very well just dont give anybody your real telephone number if they are genuing theyll leave a message

On page 10 of this complaints list one correspondent, Mark, received an e-mail form the company to say they would stop the calls after he used an e-mail address posted earlier.  The telemarketeer company also have a mobile no. 07834 742746 on the e-mail reply, and a landline no.  I spoke to a rep from LBM office using my mobile to stop 08000641087 calls.  If they persist in ringing my number, I may just keep calling their mobile time and time again to plague them instead!  

Cold calls such as these should be banned!
