I cancelled the call, but have got it a few times today.

This number called me about 4 or 5 months ago constantly for a few days and then it went quiet. I've just had it try and call me again but as soon as I answered, it hung up. I don't have a contract with O2 as i am on thier pay and go. You think people would get the point if you don't answer or try and return their calls!!!

twice in the last few days as I have been driving home from work and three times during the day.they obviously hang up so we are charged to ring back.these people are c****.pardon my language but they really wind me up.

This is the 2nd time they've tried to call me during work. And the second comment I've left.

I've been bugged by this number over the last few days, and I've taken to answering and then not saying anything - just leaving the phone on the desk next to me. I am hoping this will give them the message. I think I'll also email LBM to get removed from their list anyway.

It's certainly LBM Marketing again.  The only way this can be stopped is if EVERY victim complains to OFCOM.  The company has already been fined by OFCOM, so further complaints would result in a massive fine and might change their anti-social behaviour. But it needs EVERYONE to pester OFCOM. The simplest way is to fill in OFCOM's on-line complaint form:

Have you tried answering the phone with a made up name for a business, if they know they are contacting a business it could stop them calling back.  It's worked before for other problems calls.  good luck.

Been trying me for 2 weeks now. I had this happen about 6 months ago too, spoke to them, saying if I wanted a new plan or upgrade i would call O2 myself!!!

An interesting point about this, I have an online call plan with O2, rarely log in to be honest and both times these people have started calling are after i'd accessed my account online, most recently while logged in I was looking at new tariffs....hmmm...

a friend has given her bank account details over the phone to this company; should she be worried?

we get calls from this number at least 5 times a week. occasionally there is someone on the other end who enquires what provider we use, the remainder of the calls cut out once we have answered. there should be some sort of law against this.

I am soooo annoyed by this person/organisation!!.......I received constant calls from this number for a couple of weeks, then it stopped for about 2 weeks and i reveived a call again from them today, so i thought that i'd google this number, and found this blog thingy. But i got this call at around 8pm, so kinda out of office hours. The thing with me is, i normally got missed calls from them, but today i happened to answer it but i got not reply, they just hung up on me, what a bunch of low lifes!!!!

I've had calls from this number too. Bloody 02 trying to sell me something. I'm not even with their company. Gave the poor guy some abuse down the phone then hung up.

Just had a call claiming to be from O2, immediately starting off by asking if I'm on a contract or pay-as-you-go phone. I told him it was irrelevant because whatever he was calling about I wasn't interested, and he started arguing with me that it wasn't irrelevant information but it was *harmless* information.

I told him I didn't care either way because I didn't want whatever it is that he was trying to sell me, and he said "but for all you know I could be ringing you to give you a prize that you just won" !! I told him that whatever it was that he could have it, and he acted like he'd just won the lottery and said thanks then hung up.

Just had a second call from the number, boht times i have answered and they have hung up.... tried to call the 0800 number and got a recorded message that it was on behalf of 02, rang 02 and the agent either didnt care or didnt know and told me it was nothing to do with 02.

this number has called me loads of times while im at work.
its annoying but i wont answer it if its from 0800. cause they just want to charge you loads!

They called me saying that it was o2...looking to discuss their Broadband service.

Im on vodafone, i just got a call from this number 5 minutes ago and googled it. Now i know who it is, thankyou :D
