A friend called me from abroad and this number came up a couple of times,  i think it is something to do with networks, signal etc..

Yeah I've had this number call me twice in two days both at around 3:25 and I was a bit worried at first that it was some sort of scam, thankfully I know what it is and I can just continue ignoring it haha.

These companies are just a bunch of [***] constantly ringing me on my mobile. I now put all these numbers into my phonebook and attach a silent ringtone to them and no tone to any messages they may try to send. They will get the message.

my sister who is 15 and was in school has recieved a phone call today by a asian, threatening her saying she is going to be killed and to watch her back, this is not on she has took it to her head off year who has passed the information on to the on site police officer, she was scared, this continues to carry on i will be taking this further

missed calls  2or 3 every day really sick of it what do they want

I get a call from this number every month, 2 times a day for a week leading up to the date i pay my mobe;bill,.then after ive paid my bill the calls stop then a month later they start again, always around the date of my mobe;bill. i dont pay bill by d,,debit i just call them (o2) when they text me saying my bill is due. the thing is when i had a d,,debit i never got theese kind of calls,maybe something to do with this who knows maybe my monthly fee is availble to them since its sent by text and not letter asking for payment by d,,debit?. there was another number which had the same kind of content in their convo when you answered asking you if you wanted to change tarrif,,.i said bluntly but not in a rude manner please stop calling i understand your just doing your job but so am i and your calling me during my working hours,,his reply was ok sorry can i have your name,,i said what for,,was told so i can find it on the list and delete it,, i gave him a fake name as i wasnt giving him anymore info,,they had allready got my mobe;number without my permission,never had a call from them since.

Hi there that sounds awfull, but how do you know its from an asain man/women calling. just asking must of been scary,,would be for anyone never mind an 15,years old girl. just think of those people who really get attacked must scar them for life.

Have a fantastic facility on my phone - when these people ring, I check their numbers and if it is cold calling or sales, I set up Reject this number..........

I went through the same as you guys. At least 2-3 calls every day. They are well out of order.

Download "SRS Call SMS & Email Spam Blocker. It costs around £10, but works a treat. You add the spamsters number and all they get is engaged tone (or you can set it to answer and immediately hang up). Works a treat and these scamsters never annoy me as they never get through. Worth every penny. This works the for scamming SMS and email.

Its all down to loop holes. They say they are market research (allowed) but end up selling (not allowed). Does the government care ? I bet they dont get plagued like us.

Because i tried to call them up but it costs us money so it benefits them :(

I am getting these calls around 6 times a day the last few weeks. I am always suspicious when callers phone multiple times and leave no message or send a text or email if they ar legitamate.

Thank you for that No. as i have just got your nice lady who told me she would remove my No. right away. I am neither on PAYG or with O2 orange or vodaphone. so these numerous phone calls from 08000641087 were getting annoying. Thanks again.

Have got confirmation from O2 that this company is genuinely representing O2, It is a marketing company and they did what they promised and arranged a phone for me immediately but I did ask the nice man who called some very personal account details before trusting him. O2 representative also confimred that they do have access to our account details which I am not too happy about.

They can be annoying but suppose they all want to earn the commission by acting on behalf of O2.

I have just ahd a missed call. Have recently changed my tariff with O2 for my iPhone. If it is a marketing/sales call on behalf of O2 I dont mind listening to what offer they have, its cheaper then it would be a no brainer not to change.

i keep getting calls from this number (08000641087) over the last 2 days. please stop it as its very annoying

Caller stated that he was from O2 Manchester. Confirmed my mobile contract details and asked me if anyone else at my address would like to take up a pay as you go O2 account. Told him that I was satisfied with my contract and that no-one else wanted to change their mobile to O2

Also had calls from this number. No idea who, any clues?
