Received 3 calls from this number between 0700 and 0745 this morning. Was trying to sleep as have sick child who has been up all night. Ban these calls NOW.

Have now had a further 10 calls since my comment this morning. Anyone know who to complain to? Am already TPS registered.

I have caller display and didn't answer the first time and they never called back. I am registered with the telephone preference tho.

Rang twice within ten minutes. Typed the number into Spotlight search and this web page came up. Didn't answer because of all the comments here. Let them ring, I will ignore.

I went on to confused.com and entered my landline and mobile number... I have never given both numbers to anyone!

So confused.com is responsible for this.

Received a telecll this morning at 7.11am . Unable to answer in time. It was a BT sms text call. Thought it was illegal to call before 9am and after 9 pm.

Got yet another call from this number,  My SMS has been disabled for a long time.

Reported to BT as a fault and they are getting an engineer to look into it.

So it maybe BT after all?

It was driving me spare.

Bought a BT6500 phone so I could block nuisance calls.  When setting it up it asked if I would like to receive text messages to the handset and stupidly I chose "yes"  - then the phone calls started.

I called BT customer service - usual story - got a guy from an Indian call centre on the phone who wanted to just tell me to call my service provider and I totally lost it with him.  He put his supervisor on the line who gave me the number to call about the BT6500 help... wasn't that helpful to be frank.  

It was only the post above that has helped.

I think it is BT.

I have SMS disabled, Checked several times and it always says SMS is disabled on this line.

I called BT to complain and they were getting an engineer to look into it.  No more calls since.

They offered no reason for the calls, Who/What/Why they suddenly started.

I have bought some of the 6510? phones to block nuisance callers, But these were bought after the
calls started.

I started getting the SMS one and International ones that call constantly day and night. 6 missed calls showing on the display between 2am and 4 am. All international unknown numbers.

I had a call this morning and ignored it...i think they have called several times before.there was a message left which souf ramdom numbers.
nded very robotic...probablt SMS and a load of random numbers

getting phone calls from this and other numbers at 7.20am 8am etc  tried disabling by pressing 4 as instructed to no avail. garbled messages which I cannot understand . ive now disabled sms from BT and hope this works  as it so frustrating .

Have had a couple of calls from this number and they have been genuine SMS messages from my lovely but sometimes dopey friend who has hit the wrong button and sent a text message to my landline instead of my mob.

Called two times in 10 minutes.  No one there when call is answered.

SMS Message

this number calls about 5 times a day, each time it rings off as i pick up the phone. many people are irritated by this caller, PLEASE  CAN YOU STOP THEM.

Have had calls from this number, but after reading the posts, I checked my upstairs phone and see that I had a sms message, never had one on this phone before! It was a genuine message from a repair firm confirming that their engineer would be coming today.
