I got a missed call from this number yesterday, I called it back from my work phone and it said it was a recorded message on behalf of Re-ask (or somthing?)

Just had a call from this number.  I am so pi**ed off with 0800 numbers I am now answering them all.  The caller said "Can I talk to the person responsible for gas and electricity please".  As soon as I asked "who is calling" the line went dead.  I fully intended to get their name, address and telephone number to report to the TPS, but didn't manage to get that far - yet again!!

This number is definitely N Power.  I answered it and this time actually spoke to a human being.  When I asked for the name and address of the company I was told they could not supply me with an address.  I would guess they knew that I intended to report them to TPS.  Apparently I will now be removed from their marketing database.

I've had daily calls from this number but we never answer calls where we don't recognise the number and they never leave a message. I called the number back today and it was an answer phone saying it's n power and to press 1 to stop further calls so I did lets hope it works!

I got a call from them today june13th . 2009 A man was speaking in a weid voice i could not make out what he was saying so I asked him to repeat what he had said. He said to me    why dont you wear a hearing aid. I could then hear some people laughing in the background.

just had a call from this number which i ignored, rang them back to hear an answer machine from npower but if you press 1 they remove your details from there system

Yup, NPower for me.  Yet, I've never dealt with them in my life.  All I got after answering was some automated message telling me that some sort of service or message was currently unavailable and could I please call back later.....

This number rings every day just after lunch and wakes my baby up every time, I answer and hear nothing.  This has been going for weeks now. They always seem to know when my boy is asleep.

Been getting this number call for the last 2 weeks and I won't answer them. As far as I'm concerned if it's important they will leave a message!! I phone the number back today and there is an automated message saying ' You have been contacted by NPower if you wish us to stop contacting you please press 1 and we will remove your details from our system.

I hope it works.

I just got a phone call from this number but didn't get to it before the answerphone picked up, I used 1471 and the recorded message is that it was a call from npower and to prevent further marketing calls from them to press 1, I did so & it said that my request had been successful, fingers crossed!

I had this number phone me and it was Npower looking to get me to switch to them

Beware They said they were calling from Npower and wanted my bank details to set up a direct debit!! I hung up!!

They called asking for Miss. King?!" nope.. sorry wrong number!! do they just ring random numbers or what?

Have had 2 calls from them the past 2 days the first time they left a message on the answer phone that I couldn't understand a word of!
They have just phoned back now and my husband answered  and when he told them i wasn't available they said they would try later and hung up!
We are not listed so i have no idea how they got our number?

ive been getting calls from this number for weeks, weve only had the phone line installed 8 weeks! Ive been told that a computer calls random numbers and when it gets a ringing tone it automatically puts it through to a human, if no-one answers then they will call at random times untill someone picks up and keep calling at that time knowing someone is in untill they get what they want. Ive just rung back and yes uive (hopefully) got my number removed from their data base and yes it is N Power.

I had this number call me last week and after checking it out on here and finding it was Npower (incidentally a representive of theirs also came to my door about an hour later that day) and I did the "press option 1" thingy. Now, guess what number has just called me?! As if their aggressive and annoying campaign is likely to get anyone ever to switch suppliers. Assuming of course it is Npower, like the recorded message said it was.

Got a call from 0800 6121526 but they hung up as soon as I answered.
